The pictures don’t even do this lovely house justice. It is amazing! An unforgettable view from almost every room, well equipped, and surrounded by local flora and fauna. The host was a pleasure to rent from and gave very helpful tips for enjoying the area. We definitely hope to return to this house in the future.

We loved this property from beginning to end. Cindy, our host went way out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect! She met us upon our arrival, even though that was late, and gave us a wonderful overview of the property and the area. The location of this VRBO can’t be beat if you are wanting to visit Olympic National Park, which is what we were doing. The moment you walk into this home you have one full wall and side view windows close to the water. The view was incredible and this area is tranquil and quiet. We were also given a scope and several pair of binoculars so that made wildlife watching very convenient, we even saw several orca whales pass by in the evening. We found the boat and ferry watching fascinating as well! We also took the nearby walking path by the water and enjoyed that immensely. We loved this place and hope to return one day. Thank you Cindy for an extra special vacation and all your help. You are THE host of hosts!!!

Bluff house is beautiful inside with a great deck overlooking the water. Fun to watch the boats as well as the quail and deer. Fabulous kitchen with everything you could want. Amazing library and enough binocs for everyone. Cindy is an attentive and responsive host and accommodating to any situation. The house booklet is full of restaurant and activity ideas. We would give 10 stars if we could!!!

What a great place, and a great base for our forays into Olympic National Park. Also, the owner was great to work with, and made our stay here easy. Hope we get back here someday!

Great Home! Great Location!

The home was very nice. The views of the harbor were spectacular! Location felt very safe and quiet. The location was also very convenient for us as we spent several days exploring Olympic National Forest.

Had a great time and the house provided everything a group of senior citizen girlfriends need for a girls' trip. Hostess provided lots of useful info about the area. Recommended!

Family Fun

It was a beautiful home on the bluff. We saw a deer every morning and evening in the yard. The family loves using the binoculars to watch the boats in the harbor.

Clean, comfortable, spacious fully stocked kitchen, proximity to restaurants, the pier and ferry to Victoria, Canada, walking distance to Discovery Trail, deck with view of Vancouver Island. Host knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Hope to return to this place.

Beautiful and convenient Location.

Cindy was very helpful and her welcome book information is awesome. We loved the house and location. The little tubs on the deck were wonderful at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a beautiful view of the harbor. They kept warm for a long time when we kept the planks on.

Fabulous view!

We rented this for a family wedding. The location and view are top notch. Cindy was a delightful host, the house is perfect for a family, especially those with some mobility issues (walker/cane) as it’s one floor. Plenty of room/bathrooms. The kitchen has pretty much ever you could need. We loved staying here!

Outstanding!

Stayed here in Sep 2023 with friends. The house was just perfect - location, cleanliness, amenities, everything. It really felt like home. The owner was the best we have ever had - great communication and very welcoming. If we ever get back to this area, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Enjoyed every moment we had at The Bluff

A warm greeting by (Cindy) the owner. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more . Clean warm and very cozy. The stunning view from inside and on the porch was spectacular, we were even saw a pod of Orcas swim into the harbor. . Highly recommend this beautiful house .

Outstanding!

The property was wonderful. It was right on the water and a great location on the peninsula. It was fascinating watching the ships go by and the overall view was stunning.The house was clean and comfortable and had no complaints. It was beautiful. I would highly recommend The Bluff House to anyone visiting the peninsula. We did not want to leave and look forward to our next visit there.

Amazing view, well provisioned home

Flawless day, perfect for three couples, everything you need in the house for a nice stay, convenient location - easily walkable to restaurants and town, host informative, many wonderful, hikes, easily, assessable by car, did I mention the view? Wow.

Yearly get together with long time friends

For at least the last 35 years, we get together with a group of friends from college. It started out camping when kids were little. Now it's homes with 3-4 BRs and 3 BAs. This home was perfect for our gathering. Clean, well equipped. convenient to hiking, shopping and the view is spectacular. Would rent this home again.

Stunning!

We loved our stay here so much. The view is spectacular! Loved hanging out on the deck enjoying the fresh air, and we had the same view from the living room. Plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed. There were items like napkins and wraps, so we didn’t have to purchase those items. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

An avid hiker and enjoyer of the outdoors, I love this area, it's people and all it has to offer. I am so happy to share our corner of the country with travelers, and the Bluff House is the perfect venue for that.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We bought this property because of the amazing view but it was too small at the time for our family. Now that our kids are gone we have doubled the size of the house and made it cozy for when they return with their families.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The mountain view to the south and the water views to the north, west and east make this a unique piece of property. Eagles perch in the tree out front and the water is full of activity all the time, both natural and man-made. The kitchen has a separate wet bar, everything you need for the discerning chef and beautiful serving pieces to make you feel at home. The lights of the harbor are an enchanting sight at night and in the winter months, nothing is cozier than sitting in the warm front room watching the weather unfold in front of your eyes.
