That’s lovely beautiful and comfy place. Our family had best time here. We loved the pool and game room, it’s the best choice in Suncadia!

Beautiful home!

Eva was so kind and easy to communicate with during our stay. The home is beautiful and in a great location. So much space for entertaining with a beautiful backdrop over the pool and trees. Lots of light in the home and something for everyone with the pool, hot tub, game room, sitting areas etc. I would stay here again! I would note for older or younger generations spiral staircases only. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!!

Fantastic 3 generation Family Vacay

Everyone in our group loved this home! It is even more stunning than pictured.My 2 granddaughters asked me if we could just stay there forever! LOL The features and room arrangements were perfect for our multi-family group. We enjoyed cooking meals in both the inside & outside kitchen.It was great to have a table large enough to accommodate all of us. The highlight for everyone was hanging out by (and in) the pool & hot tub! The kids would have stayed in the pool the entire time!We also enjoyed the game room.Communication with the owner was excellent! Eva responded very quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend to other families/groups! The only exception I might say would be if you have toddlers that would be hard to keep off the spiral staircase, or for anyone unable to navigate stairs, as all the bedrooms are either up or down stairs.We enjoyed exploring the Suncadia community. We all agreed that we would love to return to this property in the future.

Overall stay was awesome, lots to do in and around Suncadia. House accommodates a large crowd which we had one night for dinner, so was appreciative of that. Pool area and firepit outside great for gatherings as well. Had an issue with front door settling and had to enter/exit through rear of property during our stay so hopefully corrected quickly for future guests. During hot summer nights the upper floor bedrooms are a bit warm but honestly that is the only negative. House was great.

This was the 2nd stay for our family group at this property. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 kids, with privacy and bathrooms for each family group. This home is very clean, and well-equipped. Excellent communication with host- Eva was always quick to reply! The pool and hot tub are definite highlights for this property! So it was a bit of a bummer that the hot tub wasn't working on this visit (I know the issue has since been resolved).I would definitely recommend for families/groups.

Fantastic home rental in the heart of Suncadia, toms of space and you can’t beat the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend for a large group!

It was perfect for our 3 generation family! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and improved their swimming. The house is very spacious. The downstairs TV and lounge area was a favorite for the children. They also loved the garage game room. They road their bikes. The adults played golf and sun bathed. We used the fire pit at night and found a boom box which was fun!. Beds were very comfortable. Master was huge with a double headed rain shower, Several refrigerators and dishwashers. Lots of plates and glassware. Plenty of cookware for the 2 dinners we cooked in. The Zline range was a challenge for us to get it to heat evenly. Great fun house with all the amenities!

We had a great vacation. The house was a great size for our three families. Space for the teenagers to hang out separate from adults. But also plenty of space for all of us to play games and eat together. The pool and hot tub were incredible! We spent hours lounging in the pool each day. The host was very responsive before check in and during our visit. Very helpful and friendly. We would book this house again for sure!

We planned a girls trip at this location this year. We’ve stayed in Suncadia many times, but this by far was our favorite. It was a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool and hot tub and lots of other fun amenities. The game room was awesome. The living room was spacious, and we loved the large style table the kitchen had everything you need and more we give this five stars all around.
