Cucina completa con acciaio inox elettrodomestici Bosch, si apre in salotto, sala da pranzo con porte scorrevoli in vetro che fornisce bella piscina, vista sulla spiaggia dal condominio. Le porte si aprono sulla terrazza con una vasca idromassaggio, amaca, tavolo e sedie scorrevole. Scendere della terrazza alla piscina a sfioro e spiaggia di sabbia. Camera da letto con letto king size e futon. Grande bagno splendidamente piastrelle e doccia con doppio lavandino.

Great place to stay! We loved this ground-floor condo. So easy to walk out to the pool or beach. The condo and the grounds were immaculate. The housekeeper was fantastic! The pool and beach area were great and never crowded. We rented a car and found it very easy to travel around. Also did some scuba diving, and the company picked us up from the pier next door, which made it very easy! If you love a quiet and beautiful area, this is a great place to stay!

This is a great condo, well stocked in the kitchen and steps away from the beach. It is a nice quiet spot away from town. I rented a car so it was not a problem going to town when I wanted to. I would definitely stay here again on another trip.

We’ve stayed in many units at Residencias, and this is one of the cleanest/most nicely appointed condos we’ve ever had! Great stay!

Our unit at Residencias de reef was perfect. A dreamy view of the lush trees and flowers and the water and beach can be seen from the veranda. We could get to the waters edge in about 45 seconds. We felt very safe at the condo and everyone working there was friendly and ready to help. The room had everything we needed and more. At times the resort next door was a little raucous. It was ok:) . The water had a few fish and we were most enchanted with the starfish we found each day. Many lizards and crabs were hanging around the property pathways and that was so cool. We will absolutely recommend this condo to others. We hope to be back.

Love this place

Our stay was fabulous. The place was stocked well and it was very comfortable. The pools were warm and clean and the beach is fabulous. We will be returning.

Fully equipped, nicely furnished 1 bdrm1bth condo. King bed, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to amazing Dona Chelly delicious, resonably priced food

Beautiful modern and relaxing homestead!

This condo was nice and with all the comforts of home. Even the gated community was so nice and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly.

Great location

The grounds are very relaxing. Perfect spot to walk to the Secrets pier for diving. The room was well equipped and in great shape. The only complaint is that the TVs are very small.

Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! Great location, beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, spotless and fully stocked. Fulvio was readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a car rental and went into old Cozumel for dinner most nights. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming f back.

Cozumel diving with Eldon

First time scuba diving with me and my son. Amazing experience. We are not all inclusive type tourists, so Residencias Reef was a good fit. Older residents, so very chill and relaxed.

Very peaceful!

The place was exactly as described. We came for a relaxing getaway, and that’s exactly what we got! There was a lot of seaweed, so we didn’t get in the ocean, but the pool was wonderful! We also took advantage of the jetted tub on the patio! This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for couples!

Awesome Place

The pictures do not do this place justice. This was the perfect place to stay. The sunset on the beach is only steps away from the patio. The community is gated so very safe. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Cozumel.

Exactly as advertised

Great stay. Property was clean & well-appointed. When a minor issue arose regarding the room safe, the property manager resolved it instantly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend El Chipo just down the road for oversized tacos.

Quiet Get Away!

Well kept property with a great beach just steps away! We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment. The adjacent property has a pier that almost all dive companies stop for pickup!

While vacationing on Cozumel, a drive around the island after snorkeling took us past Residencias Reef in it's building stages. The beautiful oceanfront setting drew us in, and the rest is history.

A safe gated community in a beautiful beachfront location, and within short driving distance of many snorkel/dive spots and restaurants, not to mention an island full of beautiful beaches.
