Amazing location!! House is even better in person - all the amenities you could wish for in a luxury vacation home. We loved our stay! Hosts are great as well. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a perfect location being directly on the bay but only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Our stay was amazing! The house was so beautiful and had every amenity we could ever need. It was clean and spacious and the view of the bay was wonderful. We loved the great location and the large porches and family areas

We just got back from Spending a week here. First time we ever stayed on the water. We have been vacationing in OC for over 30 years. It was a lot more money than we usually spend so we expected perfection. As soon as we checked in we noticed all the garbage cans and recycling cans were overflowing and smelled the garage up. I notified the realtor immediately and they said someone would be over to get rid of it. (previous renter did not put garbage out when they were supposed to.) The next day it was still not picked up. I again notified to see when it was getting picked up. I was told to put it out on Monday night for pick up Tuesday morning which I did but we had no room for our garbage. One of the bedrooms TV. Did not work so they had to come fix that Sunday morning, also door handle on sliding door on bottom floor was hanging off so had to be fixed. Sunday afternoon we were getting showers and the bathroom up stairs was leaking down the ceiling of the bathroom on the second floor so we had to put a bucket under leak. I reported immediately and they did come to fix it. We like to cook in a lot and they said kitchen was gourmet and had everything to cook. We had a seafood boil one night and I had to purchase a pot big enough to cook. Frying pans and cookie sheets all need to be replaced they are nasty. I know most people probably eat out so this would not bother them . Over all we loved staying on the bay and house was very spacious but didn’t expect to have issues.
