A nice place for sure!

View out the sliding door was very nice, wish we had a large enough lanai to sit on but it was still good. Walking distance to a small amount of nightlife, but can't hear it from here which is great

Great Place in a Great spot!

Property was the Perfect spot for our time on The Big Island! Close to many great restaurants and shops. A few minute walk( under 5) to Honl's Beach, and the property included everything you need for the perfect day on the beach. In unit laundry was extremely useful and off street parking is a huge plus! 10/10! Will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Hawaii.

Honeymoon

We gifted this to our son and daughter-in-law for their honeymoon. They loved the property, the location and how convenient it was to everything. They said they kitchen was very well appointed and it was very clean.

Kona-Kailua Stay

Very clean and well maintained space. Beautiful View and comfortable bed! A bit noisy being up from the Main Street but so closed to everything. Property management very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend..

High quality and as advertised

This condo was very nice: great layout, fabulous well-equipped kitchen, high quality linens. In suite laundry was a big plus, and the owners have kindly shared many helpful items such as binoculars, cooler, snorkel gear. Beautifully decorated and fairly central to access both Volcanos park and the North-west beaches.

Perfect Stay!

We had a lovely stay, the studio was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and couch are comfortable and we enjoyed lounging around between beach time, you can see the ocean from the apartment so you don’t feel like you are missing out. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the closet to take to the beach with you. The location is very easy to walk up to Ali'i drive or to the beach, quick to drive anywhere you need. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kona.

Heart of Kona

This apartment is centrally located with a view overlooking the harbor. It is fully equipped: we cooked most of our meals and everything we needed for the beach was provided. Lawn chairs, beach towels, an ice chest, even a boogie board was in the closet. It was a great place to relax after outings.

Awesome, well equipped condo

This was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in! Close, but not too close to town center. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Beautifully renovated, and had a very comfortable bed. Management was very friendly and accessible too. We cannot say enough good things about this place! Simply awesome!

I was totally impressed with this property from check-in, to location to cleanliness...everything. It was stocked with everything you could possible need and more. Amazing view of ocean, within walking of many restaurants and beach. No question I will stay here if I ever return. It's the best & the price makes this an outstanding value. HIghly reccommend.

Amazing stay, everything you need is here to use. Beautiful view, easy walk to restaurants

Very nice, Awesome. Best stay we ever had. Didn't have a worry while staying here. Got to see cruise ships dock from our window. Easy place to find and didn't worry about safety. Everything you need is in this studio. This place is very roomy, loved the lay out, and very clean. A short distance to the town of shops and restaurants which we loved to walk. Would rent this again.!!!!

Kona Mansion in Jan 2025

Great location with a spectacular view. Very clean and well equipped . Walk to restaurants, shopping, and activities of all kinds. The surf in Jan can be high to limit water activities but there is plenty of day trip destinations that are unique to Hawai’i that should not be missed. The road below can be noisy at night so running the AC helps and be aware that there is no balcony in these units..

Great location but a bit noisy

This property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. And the view from the living room is fantastic, perfect for viewing sunsets, the ocean, and even some whales. It's in a great location, a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and beaches. The only downside was the noise from the street traffic; we liked to leave the windows open and the A/C off, but that meant we could hear several noisy cars and motorcycles every evening. It was still a great unit for our vacation, but if you want total peace & quiet, you might look elsewhere.

Great location

Location is on the edge of the the tourist crush. The unit is very comfortable and clean. The only drawback was, by contract, we weren’t able to invite two family members into the unit for a short visit since only the “occupants” are allowed inside. This felt a bit restrictive for people in their 60s and 70s. Otherwise we had a great time.
