Aloha — thank you for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. Glad you enjoyed the location, sunset view, and that nights were quiet enough for sleep. I'm sorry you found stained towels — that should not happen. Our intent is not to ask guests to launder items; we ask that used towels be left in the bathroom or linen bag and that one clean set per person remain for departure. We'll review the wording and inspect the towels you mentioned to prevent this going forward. Being on a lively strip can bring some daytime noise; appreciate you noting the overall safety and convenience. Thank you again for the suggestions — we’ll take them into account.

Glad the pool, comfortable bed and linens, well-stocked kitchen, cozy couches, big TV, and ocean view met your expectations — and that the location and nearby dining/beaches were convenient. Sorry about the street noise and the hot water delay; thank you for reporting the latter — our maintenance team has been notified to investigate and improve the hot-water timing. We understand closing the sliding doors reduces noise but can make the unit feel warm (there is no A/C); light sleepers may want to bring good ear plugs. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again.

We appreciate your kind words about our property's fantastic location, with its close proximity to shops and restaurants on Alii Drive and the stunning view of the ocean. We understand that there may be some noise in the evenings due to tourists, but we're glad to hear that closing the glass sliding doors helped to block out the sound. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced in finding the parking spot initially, but we are glad to hear that the location is easily accessible from the main highway or Alii Drive.
