Beautiful, well appointed condo. The view was spectacular and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities for a family. Pool area and beaches were perfect for young travelers. We look forward to returning in the future.

This is a beautiful place! Relaxing, great restaurants and activities ! Comfortable accommodations, nice porch for sunset views! The lagoon was a great place to cool off! Hope we can make it back to enjoy again!

We had a group of 5 stay and it was a fantastic week. The view was amazing, check in was smooth and our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Just steps from the lagoon which was clean with plenty of room for everyone. The condo was clean and we would recommend this location to future guests. We didn't spend much time at the pool only because we wanted to take advantage of the beach. We did notice the pool areas were very clean.

Loved the space. Beautiful sunsets!! Since they didn’t have anyone checking in the day we left they let us have a late check out, which made our last day so much easier even if we had to say good bye. Plenty of places to walk to and explore. The path along the lagoons is beautiful. We even grilled by the pools a few times so convenient. We will be coming back.

Spacious, well-appointed condo with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. We took advantage of the gym, pool, and hot tub. The onsite bar with live music was a nice touch. Solid amenities, welcoming staff, and lovely setting — would definitely return.

Our stay was perfect. Great views, weather and location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was in great condition with all the basics and beach supplies. Property is safe, clean and has convenient beach access. Loved the pool bar, pool and hot tubs.

Great location, view

One of the most beautiful places to stay in Oahu. Swimming, snorkeling, golf ,... All within walking distance. The view from the lanai was fantastic.

Family trip

We all loved this villa for our Oahu trip. We had 8 people, 4 kids and 4 adults, and the amounts of rooms and bathrooms was ideal. The view was beautiful and we loved eating breakfast on the lanai each morning. Everything was clean and the villa as well as the property were just beautiful. It was perfect for our family with varying ages.

Vacation

Overall we would highly recommend the VRBO to others. Loved having the coolers, wagon, beach towels and chairs. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Would have liked to see some covered containers (ie Tupperware) for taking food in the coolers. Jen was amazing to work with. We were pretty low maintenance but she was awesome when we asked.

Good trip

Location is great for kids and family. Pool Never too crowded and the beach is amazing. This unit itself was definitely a little tired and could have used better cleaning. Kitchen was great and well equipped but overall a little dusty, dirty, some random dirty clothes were left in the unit. Would do this location again but not this unit

My family overall had a nice stay here at Hale Kai. The view of the ocean and access to swimming in the lagoons were a plus. We had very nice weather which added a bonus to our trip. we enjoyed the use of the hot tub, sauna, steam room but never used the lovely pools. We were greeted by a friendly girl from grand welcome when we arrived and that was really nice that they helped take our stuff up to the room so that check in was a breeze. The cleaning of the condo could have been better. I had to call and tell management that two of the tiled showers smelled like fish and mold! They did offer to come out the next day and check them but I ended up cleaning them with dish detergent myself since we wanted to use them that night! The kitchen utensils were stocked but you could use more water glasses, dish towels and sharper knives. It was great to have the wagon to pull all of our beach stuff down to the lagoons! They also had a few boogie boards (One was broken ) 4 beach chairs, snorkel masks etc which was really nice! The air conditioning worked great but at night it got a little chilly and our master bedroom had only a sheet on it which was odd not to have a comforter. I did find an old light blanket in the closet though. Overall it was a wonderful stay here and the hosts of Grand Welcome were very prompt and friendly when answering my questions. Perfect property for a family vacation

From check in to check out the procress was very simple. Everything at the property was as advertised and it’s even more beautiful in person than photos show. The resort was ideal for a family vacation with a general pool for everyone and a separate quiet pool area if you wanted to relax in a more quiet setting. Plenty of near by restaurants at neighboring resorts and walking distance to shops and golf. I will definitely be staying at this property again

Perfect location

High quality property with reserved parking. Pools and lagoon and grounds were idyllic. Beautifully appointed place. Comfy beds, many amenities. Responsive management.

Very nice place...

Great property, great experience. Staff was fantastic. Rigid checkin in time is just that rigid. Seems like it could be a little looser if units are available. However, the policy is very well stated. Great place I can't wait to return.
