Located on charming Runnion Ave, this stunning 1-bedroom retreat is designed with the work traveler in mind. Enjoy a fresh white kitchen, spacious living room, a large master bedroom with Queen bed, coffee bar, and amenities you can expect from a hotel! There is a washer and dryer located in the large full bathroom with bathtub. Perfect for relaxing or working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly workspace. The home has minimal yard, but we are pet and kid friendly. There are sidewalks, perfect for taking pets on a stroll. Just steps from convenient, free STREET parking, this home promises comfort and style.

We provide a welcome package of essential amenities to help get your stay started comfortably! This includes toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and basic cleaning supplies. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.

A Pack 'n Play and high chair are also available upon request.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
