Nice property near to Newark Penn station which is about 3 miles from the property makes it easy to go to Manhattan. The property is a bit old but clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The home needs a woman's touch...there was only one wash cloth, limited towels, plastic silverware, just things that should automatically be available. Only one TV in the five bedrooms. No wifi.Upon arrival, there is trash everywhere outside and a toilet sat in the front yard along with discarded cabinets. That was enough to scare me away, but we made the best of a difficult situation. This explains why there are no outside photos to check out before booking.Mass transit was half a block away which was great and Peaceful

Hi Rhoda - We received your review and felt it was important to respond, as several of the concerns mentioned were either inaccurate or were never communicated to us during your stay, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately. Washcloths were available in the bathroom cabinet, and we would have gladly directed you to them had you reached out. We also provided a minimum of 10 towels for a group of five guests staying for two days, which we believe was more than sufficient. Regarding the kitchen supplies, both kitchens were fully stocked with silverware and essentials, with enough available to accommodate even larger groups of 10 to 15 people. the home contains three TVs two located in the sitting rooms and one in the master bedroom not one as stated in your review. The property also has two active Wi-Fi connections, one upstairs and one downstairs. We also accommodated your request for an early check-in on Friday. The garbage you saw outside was due to the city’s scheduled garbage collection day, and the bins had not yet been picked up at the time of your arrival. Most importantly, many of the issues mentioned were either already available in the home or could have been resolved quickly if they had been brought to our attention during your stay. We work hard to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests, including purchasing a brand-new refrigerator costing over $1,700 prior to your arrival to improve the overall guest experience.
