This home was exactly as described and in pictures. Clean, beautiful home with all the necessities. The nightly rate was so affordable and worth every penny. Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.

Quiet, comfortable space

It was a clean, quiet, and well-equipped space for a getaway with friends. The check-in/out process was simple and price was right.

Cute home!

Needed a last minute place to stay with my elderly parents for Mayo appointments. The home was clean, cute, location great, easy to find--very homey.

Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. The bathroom could use some work. If you are tall or on the larger side it would be a challenge. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Price was good as well as location.

This house is very lovely. we were only here for a bit less than 12 hours - we just needed something in the location for sleep. The house was very clean and the instructions to access the house were super easy. I wasn't quite sure whether we should start the dishwasher or not. We did take out the garbage as instructed. The beds were comfortable and clean. And we were only 4 minutes away from our destination the next morning which made it very convenient - especially considering we were here during an amazingly bad snowstorm.

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and polite.This is a shared home, not an "entire home" as advertised.Otherwise, everything was great!

Thank you for your kind words. However, the listing clearly states the unit is a duplex amd this is the entire duplex. It is not a "shared home."

Family Lodging for Mayo Surgery

My husband and adult daughter stayed at this rental. Parking 2 vehicles was difficult. Only bathroom had a toilet that sat 12” from the tub. Step into the house was very deep; should have an extra step at the top. House was otherwise well equipped and clean.

Nice place however there wasn’t any dish clothes & one hand towel. The bathroom had a washcloth, a hand towel and a towel. In the description it states to look in the cabinets as they try to stock the house, it is not. It also does not state that there are music lessons held in the apartment below you… the flute player definitely needed more practice!

We had such a wonderful time! We picked it as a convenient spot to meet up and hang out with friends, and it ended up being perfect for exactly that. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and cozy. The kitchen was definitely a highlight! It was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make dinner and even bake cookies before everyone else arrived. It’s so nice to stay somewhere that thoughtfully provides all the essentials — pots, pans, utensils, and fresh towels and linens — it really made things so easy.The space itself was clean and beautifully furnished, with comfy touches that made it easy to relax and unwind. You can tell the hosts really care about keeping the place in great shape and making sure guests have everything they need.All in all, our experience was lovely from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, communication with the host was smooth sailing, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This is a lovely home … very clean and stocked with everything you need. It is shared with an upstairs and downstairs rental, which we did not know from the description. It was not a problem, but would have been nice to know. We accidentally opened the door on the side of the house to bring our stuff in because it was closer and didn’t realize we intruded on the downstairs renter. We didn’t mean it and felt bad. Note: there is not an easy access sidewalk directly from parking area to the front entrance … so it is hard to roll in a suitcase (or oxygen concentrator in our case…we were there for a Mayo visit).This house is not handicapped accessible. 4 stars for cleanliness and deco and all we needed! We would definitely recommend this rental … just not a good fit for us with hauling medical equipment.

This is a wonderful older home away from home in a nice quiet nei. I worked remotely while a family member received treatment at the Mayo. The internet was good, they sent me the internet password with the door combo. I loved that there was a separate office area by the entry that had a printer and a large desk. I had brought my own printer cord so hooking up was a breeze, the printer was also wifi capable. The king bed was comfortable and all the bedding was clean. All the home comforts in the drawers, closets and cupboards were appreciated. It was nice to be able to cook our own food. It had a Keurig as well as an automatic drip coffee pot. Since this is in a medical community, I will mention that if you have knee or hip problems the step to inside is a tad taller than normal. This was not an issue for us. We had one car and never had a problem with parking, you either park in front of the garage or on the street beside the building and utilize the sidewalk and main front door. The self check-in with the key pad lock worked great. Someone lives above you and below you, and floors do creak sometimes. They were very quite neighbors. I was lucky enough to hear music faintly a couple of nights as someone practiced the piano and sax. It was nice to just sit back and listen to it. It only lasted for a half hour each time. There is a shared washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. I would definitely stay here again. It's an awesome place. Thank you.

We were there for a 4 week program at Mayo/St Mary's and the location was good for us. The place was clean and the house has charming characteristics.The entrance has a high step which was a little difficult for my son to maneuver without assistance do to his mobility issues but, that was a minor issue. We were comfortable in our temporary "Home away from home" The neighborhood is also pretty quiet allowing for peaceful evenings.
