Amazing Stay!

The condo as well as the owners (Frank and Nancy) are amazing. The facility and the view are fabulous and it's great to be literally steps away from the beach. This was our 3rd stay here and will be coming back for more.

Host was great! The property was awesome with an amazing view of the beach. The pool was great, when you didn't feel like going to the beach. Easy to get into with the check in process. Still close to everything in galveston. Will definitely be coming back!

Great Hosts!

Let me start by saying that the condo itself is gorgeous and super clean! The access to the beach could not be any easier and the amenities are fantastic. I had some questions regarding checking out and Frank and Nancy responded to me so quickly! They were even at a concert and found time to message me back! Any time I had a question, they responded back in such a timely manner! I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Beautiful Condo & Property

Frank & Nancy were amazing! Communication was well thought out around checking in early, and the fees associated with it. The condo property grounds were beautiful! Great having a view of the gulf from their stunning condo. They had everything we needed in the condo for our stay! Will be coming back 100%

The Host's were awesome! They communicated very well and were very responsive. The space was super clean and very close to the beach. The only hiccup we had is that several times the A/C automatically went up to 79 degrees without us changing anything but once we started sweating and realized what had happened we put it back down and it cooled off quickly. We would stay here again!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay, found the condo clean, and appreciated our communication and the easy beach access. We also appreciate you letting us know about the A/C behavior. That certainly isn’t the experience we want our guests to have, and we’ll be checking the thermostat settings to make sure everything is working properly. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again on your next trip to Galveston!

Peaceful Restoration

This place is the perfect place for family connection or peaceful restoration. The location is perfect and there is a beautiful view of the pool and just past that is the ocean. It is a great escape and well-equipped with the essentials for whatever length of stay you have. I already have my next stay booked. Thank you Frank and Nancy for sharing your paradise!

Great location!

This property has it's own private beach access, swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor grilling area. It is away from the crowded beaches but also easily accessible to restaurants and everything you like to do in Galveston. I highly recommend this property whether it is for a weekend or extended stay!
