The Eave was just as described. HomeWas clean, beds comfy, and view amazing.The pool was a perfect addition to our beach vacation.Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the Wave! Cannot beat the location to the beach! Very modern decor. We left a fake grass pad for the future dogs to use near the driveway!

Really wonderful property! Lots of room for our family of 7 (3 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents). Dining table fit us all easily! Lots of outdoor space and chairs. Walk right out to the beach in your "front" yard!! The pool was great too - it's a little small for 7 people to swim around, but we were able to play a game of Marco Polo, so we made it work! Parking was good. We all enjoyed the house and amenities so much!

Well appointed. Wonderful panoramic views. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked and the automatic ice maker was fantastic. The pool was quite nice being in the shade and having a table we played cards at. Biggest drawback was no beach chairs/ umbrellas except those obviously left behind by other guests. There were an inordinate amount of heavy tables/chairs around the pool deck but portable beach chairs would have been better utilized. Pool level 1 of the house was wasted space. A 1/2 bath here would have been helpful and alleviated tracking sand and water all over the house when coming in from the beach to use the restroom. There was no basketball to use with the goal at the pool. The key to unlock the gate to the beach was stuck in the lock when we arrived and did not work. The refrigerator water & air filters needed replacement based on alerts on the fridge door. Ceiling fans in top 2 bedrooms were somehow connected and couldn’t be controlled separately. Fan in the master made an annoying noise and simply had to be shut off - so that bedroom could be warm at times.Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay!
