We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was beautiful and conveniently close to town, and the view was absolutely spectacular! We especially appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs, which was a great bonus.Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our time at the beach. We would happily stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back!

The ocean front location and view are excellent. Access to the beach is just a 2 minute walk down a path from the backyard of the house. The inside common areas of the house and back deck are perfect for relaxing, grilling, and watching the ocean. Hot tub is in a great place for star gazing and right on the back deck. The house is clean, quiet and cozy with a lot of windows looking right out on the ocean. Great place to go anytime of year!

Views were amazing! It was awesome to have the beach right there and there were very few people on it. The house is in need of a deep clean, although surface level items were clean.

The whole house was great. The view, the ocean access was good. Yard was convenient for our dogs. Hottub was great. We would definitely rent again.

The house was amazing! One of the best we have stayed it. It had all of the things we needed. The views were great and the beach access was nice, however it was a little interesting to navigate. We had a great time and would book again.

Great house with views of the ocean. Loved the sun room. Well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was firm, but not too firm. We also appreciated how welcoming the house was upon our arrival. We'd rent and stay again.

This beach house is in a lovely location with a great view of the beach and ocean near Waldport. We enjoyed watching the seals and walking on the beach. The house was clean and nicely furnished, with a thoughtful and convenient layout. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. All communication was over text messages. The texts were informative, courteous, and met all of our needs. My family agreed they found the house suitable and would like to stay again.

The hot tub and view was great. There was about two years dust and debris under a couple of the beds and the access to the beach is dangerous for elderly people. I was told I would receive a text when the cleaning crew was finished [for early entry] which did not happen. The TV controllers need new batteries.

Beach Getaway

Views were absolutely amazing. House was quiet and peaceful with direct beach access to huge, wonderful beach. Less than 2 minutes from Waldport and 10 from Yachats. Would stay again.

Beautiful Views!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub and views. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen had all we needed. The grandchildren had a great time at the beach and the location was not far from Newport Aquarium and we also visited Florence. Would love to stay again,.

Location is stellar

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach access and hot tub overlooking the ocean were definitely the high points. The home was a bit dirty - lots of dust under the sofas and the sofa bed was unusable because it had so much debris in it, but these are easily fixable.

Great location for outdoors and beach

Close to fishing, beach walks, nice deck and sun room is awesome. Very nice property with deck and view-access to the garage is a plus. Small bedrooms and tights showers but they get the job done.
