La nostra lussuosa suite non fumatori, per animali domestici, Gateway 4 Bedroom & Loft, 4 Bath Penthouse Suite è completa di tutto ciò che si può sperare per completare la vacanza in montagna. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 ospiti adulti. Ognuno dei 4 grandi letti ha il proprio bagno completo. Due camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, una camera ha due letti singoli, il soppalco e il soggiorno hanno un divano letto matrimoniale ciascuno. L'ampio soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale, camino a gas in pietra e un HDTV a schermo piatto da 55 ". Unità AC e un ventilatore a soffitto alto CFM fornito per aiutare a raffreddare il raffreddamento estivo in una rara giornata davvero calda. Ci sono viste spettacolari dal soggiorno e dall'ampio portico del balcone. Il parcheggio è incluso nel garage sotterraneo dell'edificio con accesso diretto all'ascensore.

L'edificio ha una piscina interna riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio, un grande vantaggio per le famiglie con bambini piccoli.

I negozi al livello della strada dispongono di un negozio di noleggio sci, un negozio di generi alimentari e un ristorante / caffetteria

Situato all'ingresso del famoso Keystone Resort e del River Run Village, questo attico Gateway è un esempio dello stile di vita montano del Colorado. Questa residenza Gateway con 4 camere da letto include uno straordinario livello di finiture tra cui caminetti in pietra, cucine efficienti, ripiani in piastrelle di granito, porte e finiture in legno massello, mobili di design selezionati e ampie finestre che sfoggiano una vista eccezionale. Tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per una vacanza perfetta è al Gateway. In effetti, non potresti mai lasciare l'edificio e avere comunque una vacanza incredibile

Il gateway è adiacente al villaggio di River Run. River Run ha strade fiancheggiate da mattoni che attraversano il villaggio, oltre edifici elegantemente progettati in pietra e legno grezzo, la luce ambrata si riversa dai negozi in stradine innevate. Oltre il ponte che attraversa il fiume Snake, la gondola River Run ti aspetta per sbatterti fino alle piste. River Run è un bellissimo villaggio pedonale pieno di negozi, ristoranti, un microbirrificio, vita notturna ed eventi.

Ci sono cinque televisori nell'unità (tutti i televisori ad alta definizione). I genitori lo adorano perché tutti i bambini vogliono giocare al piano di sopra. Questa proprietà è di oltre 2100 piedi quadrati

An excellent space

We spent five nights at this beautiful Keystone property and greatly enjoyed our stay. Our group consisted of five adults, one teenage boy, and two younger boys. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots to do in the immediate area. We especially appreciated having so many bathrooms!

Excellent location and property

The condo worked our perfectly for our family. There ended up being 7 of us, and my kids are all adults, so the bedrooms/bathrooms worked out great. Bedding was hotel quality, plenty of towels, having the washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Shuttle worked out great for getting to the mountain to ski. Overall, it was perfect.

Christmas skiing

We spent two nights at the condo--12/24 - 12/26. The condo was great--roomy and well laid out. It is not really walking distance to the lifts--too far to carry all the gear--but the shuttle comes right to the front door, so that was not a problem.

Thanks for your review. Most people who come to Keystone walk about the same distance from the parking lot. There is a ski storage station next to the lift, so you don't need to carry your equipment daily. The front door shuttle is a convenient alternative.

great location

Overall was a great place to stay in Keystone. Could walk to the gondola and had a brewery on the main floor. Some issues getting into the building and difficult to navigate working with owner versus property manager. Cable did not work well in the living room while we were there.

It is important to read the info sent. Unfortunately you chose to ignore the info provided and insisted on calling me rather then the onsite manager. You also did not read the check in isntructions. You did not a mention a problem with your TV until late evening at the night before checkout. I was not available. once again you did not contact the onsite manager.

Keystone Ski Family's Dream Home

The property was super clean and very presentable. Each room has it's own bathroom. Furniture was comfortable and ski lodge like. Could not ask for a better location as we were walking distance to the Keystone Village and just a short shuttle ride to the ski slopes. Parking is covered too (which is nice in that you don't have to scrape the windows on your car). Watching TV from the couch was a tricky and the flat screen could be larger.

Holiday Stay

Property was great, good location and access to the mountain! Just a couple of items: overhead fluorescent light in kitchen not working, hard to cook in the dark, reported it three times, but nothing was corrected. Thermostat was for looks only, no way to control the heat, extremely hot and uncomfortable!

The light was repaired. There are several thermostats throughout the unit. This is the first I hear a bout a heat problem. Also the windows in each room open. There are several fans in the closets and a large cieleing fan in the living room and a portable AC unit. I sent properly management to check the unit. The unit temp was 68 degrees. All the thermostats were checked and they work properly. It could be that the cooking oven was used and continued to emit heat while all the windows were closed. The thermostat does not cool the unit because there is no central air. So if you turn the thermostat down and keep the windows closed, it could take a long time to cool.

Nice use of space

was a comfortable space for our group but if you have more than 8 or 9 adults it gets a bit tight. 4 bathrooms is a plus! Walk to slopes possible but is a bit of a hike in all the gear. Was clean and fairly well stocked. Place was stingy on supplies provided by the management company. All in all worked well for our week

Keystone vacation

My family enjoyed this beautiful 4 bedroom condo. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was great. Even had a nice sized loft with TV and sofa bed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The only disappointing thing was that the pool and hot tub in this condo was very small and had an over powering smell of chlorine. Because it rained during the time that we were there, we were hoping to use the pool; but it was just too small to enjoy.

Thank you for the reviews. I try to provide the best experience for my guests. The common facilities of the pool are maintained by the HOA. Opening the patio door at the pool may have provided more fresh air. I wish you had better weather and more opportunity to enjoy the fabulous outdoors.

Perfect large group stay!

Start to finish, super easy process and accurate listing! Gil’s property is perfect for large families/groups with tons of space and storage. A well-apportioned kitchen had everything g we needed to enjoy a home cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The Steep brewery on the ground floor had great coffee in the morning and refreshing adult beverages after a long day on the slopes. Although it’s on the shuttle route, it’s an easy walk to both base locations. Plenty of on-site parking, easy check in and out process, what more could you ask for? Gil is also a super communicator. Any time we had a question, he responded right away! Will definitely stay here again!

it is NOT a short walk to the slopes!

The unit was fine, and the pictures represent it well. But the owner told me it was just a short walk to the slopes and that is not true. You have to take a shuttle to the village and then walk through the village to get to the lifts. Not convenient.

The guest booked directly with VRBO. There was no communication with the guest other than a message asking for a very late check out that could not be accommodated due to arriving guest. I had many people asking me about the distance from the gondola and I always say it is about 300 yards . People either walk or take the shuttle 1 stop.

Overall Good Stay - a few little things

The condo was a great setup, and as advertised. It was clean when we checked in, and a great location. Its a quick walk to town in regular shoes, a bit far if you are carrying skis but the shuttle to the slopes was great. The unit is stocked with anything you need to cook. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The main issues we had were the temperature - its quite uneven. The heat sensor is in the main room and if you leave that at a comfortable temperature the downstairs bedrooms become sweltering hot. If you lower the temperature though to make the bedrooms comfortable, then the upstairs rooms and main room become cold. Also the unit had a broom but no dust-pan or vacuum so while it was clean when we got there, we had a hard time maintaining it.

Spacious and in a convenient location

Overall, the lodging was adequate for our family's needs. We had three different families, so the four bedrooms plus loft (and four full bathrooms) allowed everyone privacy and space. The location was convenient to keystone village and all the fun shopping, dining and activities for the whole family. There is a great bike/walking/running path behind the building, which is absolutely beautiful, and runs along the river!! The kitchen was well-stocked. Only complaint was that the sink in the upstair bathroom was leaky and slow draining. Additionally, the clothes washer worked, but the dryer did not. We had to pay to use the building's public dryer downstairs. The management company should evaluate the state of appliances, window blinds (some were broken), and general condition of the unit more frequently to ensure that these easily fixable things are taken care of. Overall though, we'd definitely stay there again.

Very practical for a large group of friends!

We had a group of 11 adults and a todler. This condo was great for our large group. Pros: - Big enough to fit all of us. Tho the photos make it look larger than it is, it is still a pretty large place and we could still move around when the house was full. - Walking distance from the slope (10 - 12 min walk). Taking the shuttle in the morning is practical cause there is only one stop (tho the shuttle is not really on time). If you chose to take the shuttle at night, be ready for a "long" loop around the area. - Clean. - Hot shower even when you are the 11th person to jump in! Cons: - Limited items in the kitchen. 2 medium pans for a group of 12 makes it hard to cook! - Parking garage was full one night (it's a rather small garage for the number of units), but spots were avaialble outside with no problem. - Queen size bed in the first floor room had a very squeaking bed frame I would definitely recommend the place!

New GE Slide-In Electric Range ceramic top with Self-Cleaning Convection Oven in Stainless Steel and matching micro oven were installed March 2015 New pictures soon. New kitchen pots Pyrex etc. Unfortunately, items disappear. We rely on guests to let us know what is missing and what is desired. We replace upon notification. Bed frame was fixed.

Great location

Amazed of how spacious the rooms and bathrooms are for a loft. Great location with ease access to the resort, restaurants, shops … either by walking or by car.
