This flat was everything we wanted and more! So convenient to the tube, beautiful and light, extremely comfortable bed, and all kinds of convenient comforts—heated bathroom floor, extra nesspresso pods, milk in the fridge on arrival. Very responsive and accommodating flat manager, with great communication prior to check in and conscientious responses to any question at all during our stay. For people wanting to relax, the tube stop is 2 min away but the actual street is so quiet and peaceful. Close to two parks for running and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location and great host

Just 2 minutes from Belsize Park tube. Our host did everything to make our stay pleasurable and stress free. I would definitely stay here again

great stay

This is a nice apartment in a hip part of town. It is only half a block from the Underground station, very easy to get to and from. The heated bathroom floor is wonderful in the winter!

Love this place!

Carol-Anne was truly hospitable, the location is fantastic (one block to tube) and close to Hampstead and Camden where we wanted to be. The apartment is lovely and the bed is fantastic (big and comfortable)! Would stay there next time we’re in London!

This property is very well equipped and very close to central London, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. It is a perfect home away from home!

A home away from home

This is a lovely spot to stay while visiting London. It is close to all amenities and is also very well set up for stay at home evenings! It is very comfortable, and having a washer dryer is a real bonus for travellers. It is our “go to home” in London.

It was Perfect

We were so happy that we chose this VRBO. The location about two blocks from the Tube Station was perfect, and the Northern Line gave us access to what we most wanted to do in London. Everything was clean and comfortable and easy.

Christmas in Belsize Park, London, NW3!

We had a wonderful London Christmas and have just returned. Very clean and well equipped apartment in a brilliant location close to Hampstead Heath and easy hop to the West End. Brilliant unobtrusive hosts, great spot.

Great place in Belsize Park

Excellent flat several minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station, which is just 10-15 minutes from central London on the train. Large first floor space for two people, great for cooking at home (or going out), and accommodating and helpful owner.

Great location!!!

This apartment is just a few short blocks from good restaurants, a pharmacy, a market/grocery store, and, best of all, the Tube. It was easy to get everywhere. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were gracious, friendly, and supportive. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

My 4th trip to London and best accommodations yet. Roomy apartment on quiet street with Tube and many shops, pubs, etc. just a 5 minute walk away. Excellent hosts. Very good bed and kitchen also. Joe and Kim, USA

Cool unit in a perfect neighborhood if you want a quiet London experience while being minutes away from everything to do in the city. Carol-Anne was amazing to communicate with.

Beautiful, peaceful flat

This is such a lovely, quiet flat, in a wonderful neighborhood — residential, yet very close to good shops and restaurants, and just a quick walk to the Belsize Park tube station, and a gorgeous walk to Hampstead and the Heath. Carol-Anne was warm and very kind, at the ready to help — for instance, she made our return to Heathrow as calm and simple as possible by recommending a great taxi driver. We loved our five days and hope to visit again!

Enjoyable stay in Belsize Park

It was a nice clean property with all you’d need for a stay. The only thing we missed was another armchair or sofa as there were three of us and only one sofa bed. The area was lovely, lots of cafes and restaurants near by and close to Hampstead Heath which was lovely and only 2 minutes to the tube station so fab for London. It was quite expensive to stay (we’re from up north!) but we went just before Christmas.

Wonderful flat!

My family of 4 stayed here for our visit to London in July. Carol Anne could not have been sweeter! The flat is great, plenty of room for us as the sofa is a bed, as well as the window seat. Everything is as pictured. We used their driver from the airport and everything went smoothly. Lots of great restaurants in the area and the tube was super close to get to all of London. It was nice to retreat back to the calm after the bustle of London in the city. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Stay for Family with all the Amenities!

I rented this flat from Carol-anne my family of four. It was perfect. The kids slept well on the pull out couch and we appreciated all of the amenities. Carol-anne thought of everything that would make our stay so comfortable and easy, from the great krups coffee machine to fresh milk in the fridge to a docking station that has every cord imaginable. She also had games, books a drawer full of goodies that you may have forgotten. The flat is steps away from Belsize tube station and great restaurants. Very convenient, clean and great hostess!

Great location

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything worked well. I did buy a single cup coffee press and left at the apartment. The coffee machine just didn’t make enough for a coffee addict like me. I have back problems so the couch was not really comfortable for me but the mattress was fantastic.
