FAIRWAY TO FUN is brought to you by Condos at The Pointe. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom walk-in end unit has numerous 2025 updates giving it a fresh clean look! The fully stocked kitchen features brushed granite countertops, new cabinetry and new appliances. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable king TempTec mattress. Hall bedroom has a very comfortable king pillowtop bed(purchased new in 2025). Each bedroom is furnished with dressers to accommodate over a weeks worth of clothing to make you feel at home during your vacation. Each bathroom has been updated with beautiful vanities, a large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and shower/tub combination in the hall bathroom. Each bathroom has two hand bars to enter and exit the tub or shower safely. The living area is beautifully decorated with a sofa, cute swivel chair and a dual electric reclining chair to enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. From the sidewalk to the front door there are four steps with a hand rail to help maneuver those steps. This unit has one Handicap Parking spot in front of the building.



Fairway to Fun is located along the fairway for Hole #1 on the beautiful and well maintained Pointe Royale Golf Course. This condo is within walking distance to the practice driving range, Pro Shop and Grill, indoor/outdoor pool, and playground by the access to Lake Taneycomo.

Our family loved this place. It was so homey,comfortable, and clean. Traveling frequently you truly learn to appreciate to small stuff. It’s the little things I noticed the most. Hand soaps on all sinks, dish soap, extra TP and garbage bags, soft towels and bedding. Tracy really goes the extra unnecessary mile to make sure you have the best stay possible. The location was absolutely perfect for us. We walked to the river multiple times and it’s something u would see in a movie. We can not wait to come back.

Very nice place to stay - we would highly recommend to others. Close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet - we had a very enjoyable stay, just too short as usual!

This was a true gem! Very clean, modern, and well appointed condo, exactly as pictured in description. Our family had a great stay and felt like we had all the comforts of home. There are lots of included amenities. The unit is close to a small park and fishing area on property. Would definitely stay again!

Nice weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the condo. It was easy to get to all the activities we had planned. The restaurant on hole 19 in pro shop was a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Check in was easy. Condo was well stocked and comfortable. We would stay again.

This condo is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was very prompt. The only drawback was totally on me, I thought walk in meant no stairs. At the very end of the detailed description it does say that there are 4 steps with a handrail. I just missed it. My husband was able to go up the hill at an angle in his mobility scooter to get to the door so it worked out okay.

Amazing stay

We have stayed at Point Royale many times. This unit was by far the nicest and cleanest ever. Communication with Tracy was amazing. Walking to the water/playground and to the pool and clubhouse. Would 100% recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers! We will be back!

Clean, comfortable and beautiful!

Condo was very clean, it had everything we needed and more. Tracy answered every text promptly and was very accommodating. We have stayed in many condos across the nation and this one ranks in the top 10%. You will not be disappointed. Book and enjoy your stay!

I thought the unit was very nice. Tracy has thought of every accommodation possible. It was decorated very pretty as well! I for sure liked having the 2 king beds. The location was perfect, close to everything in town but out of town.The boys spent hours at the putting green and pool. We will for sure stay again.

Wow!! Very spacious and has everything you need. Tracy was very quick to help with our silly questions. No problems at all. The area has a lot to do and we walked every day in the resort. Will definitely be back.

Enjoy the quiet location in a Gated (with attendant on duty 24/7) neighborhood. Surrounded by the Ozark mountains on Lake Taneycomo just below Hwy 165 Scenic Overlook. Convenient location that is only 10 minutes to 76 Country Boulevard and less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing.

The amenities at Pointe Royale Golf Village are amazing! Our condo is a well maintained, clean, and a beautifully decorated end unit. As an end unit you enjoy less neighbors and more windows.
