Everything was amazing! Great hosts, a fantastic location, and they had everything we needed. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace, walking around the grounds, soaking in the hot tub, and the many nooks perfect for quiet reading.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Crickett Lane. The kitchen was well spaced so a couple of us were able to cook at a time. The firepit and screened in porch were wonderful for s’mores and cards, respectively.

Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. We were a little disappointed that the pond was all dried up and is only present after the area has had enough rain. So we were unable to let our kids fish off the dock like we planned. We also did not pack any cases of drinking water because the picture of the fridge shows it has a filtered water dispenser, but when we arrived we learned it is not connected to a water line.

Great Getaway!

Couldn't recommend this property more highly! Terrific cabin and location. Very quite with every amenity you could hope for. We stayed here for a race at Pickett/Big South Fork and will for sure stay here again if we do the race next year!

Wonderful Cabin and Area

This cabin was so very cool. A little different than most and we really appreciated it. We had an awesome time fishing at the pond, playing horseshoes, and hiking around the area. Highly recommend this property.

Family time

This was one of our most fabulous getaways so far we have been different places from Asheville North Carolina to Helen to Gatlinburg to a few more other local lysed places and this is by far our favorite… We will book another trip in the near future

Fabulous cabin

My friends and I have been staying in this resort for many years but this was the first time we stayed at Cricket Lane. We loved it! The property is beautiful and the cabin is extremely spacious and now one of our favorite properties in the entire area! We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous and well-stocked cabin. We loved that there are trails right outside the back door! The hot tub, screened in porch, little dock, and secret spot were fantastic outdoor features as well. We were only 2 people and our dog, but there is plenty of room for 4 more people or more! We already are making plans to try to return with friends. It’s definitely one of the best cabins we’ve ever visited!

Friends vacation, beautiful cabin, beautiful setting …

This cabin was one of the very best of many that we have stayed at. The cabin sits just outside of Big South Fork River and Recreation Area. Spacious cabin for 4-6 people. Beautiful construction, beautiful landscaping and outdoor space. Very clean and well supplied. Flawless reservation, check in, check out, and communication with owner. Great setting for travelers who enjoy quiet, beautiful, woodlands.

The setting was marvelous. The cabin had a great layout and was well stocked. We have stayed in far too many rentals to give a number. This one ranks up with the best. Are definitely looking at coming back.
