Rooms were clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils and quantity and quality of towels provided was more than expected. Communication with the host was great.

How many places can you find with 5 br and 5 en suite baths? This is it! We had our book club meeting here for the weekend and we were all so very comfortable! We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed happy hour on the deck and relaxed in the hot tub after an amazing hike in the State Park just a few miles away. It truly will be difficult to top this place in Berkeley Springs. It’s spotless, well decorated, and just the perfect place for a get away for young and old. Hosts are great communicators and provide all the information you need to have a relaxing stay.

It was important that everyone had their own bathroom. This cottage made it easy for all the couples to have privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. Hosts answered our question emails promptly. The cabin was deep in the woods so be prepared. Bring soap. And bring towels or be prepared to wash them. Beds were wonderful.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and bakeware. Beds are very comfortable. The decor and special touches are perfect. Communication with host was top-notch. We enjoyed every moment during our stay.

Beautiful property with lots of bedrooms, all with comfortable large beds and plenty of bathrooms. Looks like it has all be recently remodeled and is well kept up! Beautiful scenic area, private from other cabins. We loved the hot tub and large driveway for yard games. Made for a great getaway with friends and family!

House was BEAUTIFUL and in a great location. Note that finding in the dark can be tricky. Amenities at the house, decor, ensuites for every room was amazing. Perfect for our girls weekend away! Owner was great with tips and recommendations ahead of time and communicative during our stay as well. I'd DEFINITELY stay here again and look up their other homes as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Since this was my Christmas present to my family, I was especially happy to see the beautiful Christmas tree still there and loved all the Christmas decor. Wonderful place!

We have a big family and this house was perfect for all of us. Everyone had a place to chill and activities were plentiful. It rained allot the week we were there but we had a great time playing games and hanging out! Would certainly recommend this house! Property manager and owners were very responsive!

Excellent

This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you!
