We had a lovely stay at Josh’s house. Plenty of modern space and very private with gorgeous sea views. Very nice swimming and body boarding beach close by that wasn’t crowded. The food trucks a 5 minute drive away were fun too. Thank you for a great stay.

The home was absolutely beautiful, an amazing location we loved the view and enjoyed so much time just looking at the beach and ocean.The front yard was well maintained and large. We used hot tub every day so relaxing being able to enjoy that with the ocean view was amazing. It felt private was gated so it felt very safe. We would love to come back and spend more time in this home!

We could not have chosen a better listing for our trip to Oahu! This home is stunning and has everything you could possibly want or need. Photos don't do it justice! The location is perfect, with your own private beach access and the most stunning sunrises! We are looking forward to booking Josh's property again as soon as we can make it back to Oahu!

The property is immaculate and just as advertised. Josh was very responsive to two minor issues we had after checking in.The beds were very comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet. Each room having an ensuite bathroom was awesome.The beach was accessible and a great walk. The weather was a little chilly and the ocean was rough during our stay, but we had plenty to do inside and around the house.Centrally located to grocery, Polynesian Center, and away from the hustle-and-bustle of Honolulu. A nice escape!

Incredible! The location, the amenities, the standard of cleanliness and thought behind the design of the home was incredible. Josh is a responsive host and very accommodating. We chose this home because the ocean is your backyard. We love the water and spent everyday at the beach at some point and loved the privacy of it. You literally feel like you're the only ones there. Every morning was met with a sunrise greeting each inch of the living room and kitchen area. We loved every minute and will absolutely be back.

What a spectacular and special place! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water, it truly couldn’t be better. The house was spotless, and Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish.We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect setup for our family of 6. House was very clean and well appointed with a large front and back lawn area and amenities (e.g. hot tub, sauna, beach toys) to make for a great relaxing stay right in the middle of beautiful/quiet Malaekahana Bay. Communication was great with the host - especially through a tsunami scare in the middle of the trip! Would definitely stay again.

Beachfront Paradise

Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property

We had a wonderful stay at Kahili Coast! The house is well kept and very comfortable for 6. Air conditioning and hot water were plentiful! We used the double washer/dryers a lot and I was especially happy that there were laundry and dishwasher tabs available. Loved that there were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other beach items also for us to use. We spent a little time on the beach behind the house and while the ocean was rough, my 12 year old and I had a good time boogie boarding. Another day, my 15 year old and I swam to the bird sanctuary island (walk down about 15 min to the point and embark from there) though it was a rather strenuous 25 minute swim getting there at high tide and battling the turbulence. Definitely an easier return swim, and we even saw a turtle as we were swimming from the island. One evening when the clouds were at a minimum, we took the opportunity to lie down on the lawn and look at the stars. The house's location was perfect for going south to Foodland for poke or other take out and PCC, or to the north for Sugar Mill food trucks or north shore beaches. The host (Josh) was wonderfully responsive and I appreciate that there were no checkout tasks to perform! I would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly like described…one of the most beautiful homes on the North Shore…very private even though the path to the beach runs between this property and the one next door…Josh was amazing to work with and he answered even the silly questions that we had.If at all possible, we will be back.Maholo!!!Sherrell/Herald Family

Absolutely Amazing!

The only thing we didn't like about this property is that we had to leave! The location is perfect with restaurants, food trucks, groceries and fun activities all nearby. The house is feels brand new with everything you'll need. It's beautiful and situated right on the beach. There's a hot tub and sauna and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The views each morning were spectacular! I really can't say enough about this property - if your going to the North Shore, this is the place to stay! Thank you Josh!!

A perfect beachfront vacation house

I was convinced the ocean views from inside the house were digitally enhanced until we arrived and everything was exactly as pictured, from the essentially private beach to the hot tub, the master bedroom, and the gated property.We visited with a total of 8 people and had all of the space we needed with the 3 bedrooms and the spacious great room.We wanted a quiet location and the North Shore delivered. With that said, there is no shortage of activities within 20 minutes.Josh was very responsive to my questions and offered his local touch on what to see and do to make our vacation everything we hoped for.

Absolutely perfect house with stunning views

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Josh was an extremely responsive and helpful host. The house is just as listed. It seems to be essentially brand new and very well decorated/designed. As you pull up to the house through the front gate you can see the ocean through the sliding doors. The view from inside the house is even better. The property feels secluded with easy access to the quiet beach just steps off the back porch. There’s a hot tub on the back porch. The beds were so comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect vacation to the north shore. Both the front lawn and back lawn are massive with plenty of space for kids to play. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip back.

This home and host played a huge peaceful role in one of the most somber moments in our families history . This Hale allowed my family to gather and remember my mother who past and celebrate her life . The house also allowed distant nieces to reconnect in a way only this home offered . Our ohana comes from royal bloodlines in Hawaii and Mana from this spot share an ancient vibe . This spot is special .

Wonderful beachfront home perfect for our family of six. The beds, linens and towels are new and high quality. Amazing views with a great location while very private spacious yard. We were sad to leave such a beautiful place where you can swim in the surf or stroll the secluded beach.
