Excellent home, perfect location, beautiful view, and everything you could ask for in amenities - bikes, boards, goggles, outdoor shower, full kitchen, big bathrooms, strong AC in each bedroom. My family had the most magical experience!! MUST TRY spots when you book - Lucky’s, Original Banzai Bowls, poke at Foodland, lunch at Kahuku Farms, breakfast/lunch at Farm to Barn, and an early morning at the Waimea Botanical Gardens.

Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, which we handled. The main issue was the roaches. A couple of bugs is one thing but they were everywhere in the kitchen, and a few in the downstairs bathrooms.

The location of the house was great, check in process was also easy and the host let us check in a little early. The AC in the bedrooms work fantastic! Beautiful views of the beach and right on the water, listening to the waves was wonderful. There were several issues though that need to be addressed. The wifi does not extend upstairs in the house, it only works downstairs. We had pest control show up in the middle of our trip and told us they were called due to a cockroach infestation but wasn’t able to treat because the house needed to be empty, all kitchen appliances removed, etc. The range on the stovetop does not function properly, it always runs on high so cooking is difficult. The back sliding door sticks and is difficult to walk in and out of and lock properly. The outdoor shower handle is very rusted and broken, it’s difficult to turn off and on. The bath tub faucet in the downstairs bathroom constantly ran and wasn’t able to be shut off, so water was being wasted constantly and unable to be fixed. Only one of the two overhead fans in the living room worked, it can get warm in the home during the day but it does cool off at night. Overall, we would not stay here again.

What an incredible rental! Extremely well equipped, great AC in the bedrooms, and super easy to get ahold of the hosts! The view cannot be beat and the location was perfection. 10/10 would stay again and again!

Perfect location to enjoy sunset beach and laid back vibes on the North Shore. The house had more than enough space for our family of five. It was a bit dated but pretty cozy and very well-supplied. Hopefully we’ll be back!

House needs floors deep cleaned, teaspoons for the kitchen and bikes and surfboards serviced ( leash replaced and tires, brakes and kickstands repaired.Otherwise the location is a dream, manager extremely responsive. Loved our stay!

Unbelievable sea and beach experience The house is exactly as advertised and more than met all our needs. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Really appreciated all the beach equipment and extras. Spectacular sunsets. You will truly have an aloha experience!!

Great Stay

Our week in the house was relaxing and fun! Check in was flexible and easy. The house was better than the pictures and the beach was beautiful. Beach was clean. House had plenty space for party of 7! Host was receptive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous beach front property

This beachside property was perfect for our group! Each person had their own space with separate living areas, providing plenty of privacy and comfort. We especially loved the outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging and enjoying the evenings. The kitchen was fantastic—fully stocked with all the pots and utensils we needed. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach!

Awesome north shore Pad

Great location, 50m from sunset beach, walking distances to small store and food outlet's. Idyllic location. Big house, few yrs old, but with tonnes of amenities and good open living space. Had a large garage, which was great for our boards.

Beach house family style

The property is right on the beach. The four bedrooms and four and half bathrooms were perfect for all of us. We utilized all the amenities including boogie boards and outside shower. The food were amazing especially the elephant truck. We had a blast!! Thomas

Paradise

Absolutely loved our stay here. We loved the house, the deck, the yard, we cooked a good bit and enjoyed having a nice grocery store just down the road. Every day was special. We loved the location and the sunsets were spectacular every night. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to spend time in such a cool location. Our kids loved watching the surfers from the deck and we’ll always cherish the memories.

Sunset Beach

Location location location! This beach bungalow was perfect for our group of 6 adults here for a wedding. We loved watching the many surfers and the whales breaching, We loved riding the beach cruisers, walking on the beach and watching the sunsets! One of the best food trucks on the North Shore (The Elephant Shack) was right across the street - delicious Thai food! Many thanks to our host!

Paradise found

The location is the very best we have ever stayed at in the Islands. To wake up to the view every morning and evening was spectacular. The house had everything you need to enjoy your vacation and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. The house was comfortable and the location is outstanding. We all felt like the owner was getting short changed but the cleaning company she employed however, they are not doing a very good job. The house is not new but it is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book there again.

Family Vacation

House had some maintenance issues sliding door but over all it was great. Served our needs wonderful. The property is a little trick to get into with a minivan. A large SUV may have serious issues gettint to the property.
