This place was absolutely amazing. The views, the comfort, and the peace. It was definitely a much-needed getaway, and I am glad this was the chosen location for it.

Great deck on back with view. Clean, cozy, and relaxing. Short 12 minute drive into Fredericksburg.

Beautiful location and very private! Loved the layout and that we were at the top of the hill. Perfect spot for my birthday weekend!

Relaxing Getaway!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a short relaxing getaway for the weekend, the hot tub was a bonus and our favorite thing about our stay! We had everything we needed to cook and everything was so clean.

We would have given a 5 for an overall rating but there were just a couple of things. It got into the 20’s while we were there and the 2 units just were not enough heat. It was freezing. Maybe a small space heater would help for winter or another unit. The hot tub was very low on water making me think it wasn’t filled or cleaned in between stays and the kitchen had soap for dishes but no disposable sponge or cleaning sprays which is odd for having a full kitchen. These are small things compared to how gorgeous the property is, the decor, comfortable bedding, the view and overall coziness! If it wasn’t so cold it would have been perfect. We’d def stay again, they do take pride in this property.

Thank you so much for your review. I did want to let you know that the hot tub was low on water, not sure why if there was a leak or not put the staff to check it for the chemicals the day before. Regarding the heaters, they were both checked today and they both were blowing hot air quite well, so not sure if your settings were correct or not but they were working. We’re glad to despite these two issues that you still enjoyed your stay. Thank you again.
