The condo was well-equipped and very clean. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and the Topeka music venue. There was plenty of room for two couples. The patio was nicely furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a washer and dryer on site. The condo included free parking for two vehicles (perfect for our group). It was steps away from the pool, and the owner provided 8 pool wristbands so that our friends who stayed elsewhere could join us at the pool.We would definitely stay here again when we attend another Topeka music festival.

Exactly As Pictured

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nicely updated unit. Everything was picture perfect. We did contact management due to not finding the remote for outside fans and there were very quick to respond and help. Everything was top notch. My only feedback is add a topper to the main bedroom unit as the mattress is a bit too thin for some body types. Otherwise, 5 star.
