It a nice apartment that is well situated - near restaurants, public transportation, grocery stores and shops. It is very quiet and the private outdoor terrace was a bonus.

A lovely apartment for our holiday. We wanted something on the main floor since we like to walk everywhere in Paris and climbing up stairs at the end of the day in this heat is never fun. The little garden was fabulous and waking up upstairs to the breeze through the windows was divine. A dreamy apartment even if on the main floor and close enough to all the things we wanted to do without being in "tourist central". We will be back! Merci Olivier!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with so much just a short walk away. Supermarket and outdoor market, monuments, attractions, quiet streets, restaurants, and bakeries all close. The apartment was clean, and we had good communication. We would definitely stay here again and certainly do recommend.

Wonderful quiet location, near Rue Mouffetard. Lots of bistros and cafes nearby. Close to Metro station and rest of Paris although walking through 5th and 6th arrondissement is easy and has parks and historical architecture that can be enjoyed at our leisure. We often went to the market at Rue Mouffetard and brought things back (duck confit, lambs shank, smoked salmon, croissants) to enjoy in the quietness of the apartment and private patio area.

A little oasis in Paris and worth every penny. I am a sensitive sleeper and the bedroom room was SO dark and very quiet -- we slept through the entire first night, no jet lag, which was incredible. Having laundry is a major major bonus. I really enjoyed the neighbourhood - there is just one, very contained touristy strip in the (but even that had an incredible gelato place). Otherwise, it's really just locals living their lives! We book-ended our trip to France with Paris - we stayed here the first 3 nights, and booked a hotel in the city for the end of our trip to try something different. Next time, I will just book this place twice!

Property manager met us promptly and gave a quick and thorough intro to the property. The entrance is through a private parking are (see photo) and the outdoor patio was nice private space to enjoy breakfast. The neighborhood had plenty of good options for eating, good access to public transport, parks, and areas for running (photo) and biking. A great neighborhood adjacent to the main tourist areas so was great for walking.

This apartment offered welcome relaxation after long days of enjoying Paris and nearby towns and villages. The courtyard was peaceful and quiet, a perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour. While the entire apartment had much to offer us, we especially appreciated the cozy bedroom which was on the second floor and looked out at the tops of trees through two sets of large windows. Olivier was so very attentive and I look forward to another stay in a future trip.

Amazing terrace and garden in the center of Paris

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and quiet. The private terrace and garden are amazing. The location is very convenient due to its close proximity to rue Mouffetard's various stores and delicious restaurants. It is only a 5 minute walk to jardin des plantes, which is beautiful to walk and jog through.Our host Olivier was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment.

The communication and assistance was great. I accidentally booked an extra day, and the host very kindly removed the extra day. The flat is around the corner from an amazing pedestrian street lined with cafes, bakeries, cheese and wine shops, coffee shops, and every type of restaurant and bar. It’s not far from a metro stop. The furniture and decor were underwhelming. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was bright. The storage is great. We had a nice bathroom and loved the washer and dryer.

Lovely sanctuary

We loved this space and Olivier took good care of us when we had questions. Having the bed upstairs was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. The linens were fresh and white and perfect. There is a circular stair up to the bedroom, and I was a bit nervous about it, but it was easy to navigate and we got used to it right away. The kitchen is well equipped and the patio is such a nice feature! This place is quiet and peaceful and very private: the perfect place to rest after a day of museum hoppingThe location is ideal. There are so many wonderful neighborhoods in and around Paris that I won’t claim this is the best, but it is close to Rue Moffetard, with its many restaurants, fresh food vendors, etc. and there are many more chic little areas to find. The big museums, the Seine, and fancy shopping are all a quick metro ride away - or rent a Lime bicycle. Then, you can come home to your own little oasis. Did I mention there is an adorable small park across the street?

Superbe appartement à recommander !

Superbe appartement, situé au calme, mais à quelques pas des commerces restaurants métro et bus. Le jardin est un atout indéniable. Toutes les nécessaires disponibles et présence généreuse d’alimentaires. J'espère vraiment revenir !
