Property was in an excellent location, one block from the beach! Close to good restaurants and morning coffee options. Building was quiet, condo was clean and in good shape. Communicating with Spencer was super easy and he's very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

This place is literally just a block from the water, so walking to the beach was easy! There are a lot of nice restaurants within a five minute drive. Apt was sparsely stocked but had basics. Linens and towels need upgraded. There were only a few washcloths.

This place was amazing! Great location, clean and had everything you need. Spencer the host was incredible and always available and responsive. Beach is right there and access to local amenities make it a win all around. Can't recommend this place enough!!

This was a very clean and cute place. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Location is fantastic for walking to the beach. It is on the second floor of an apartment building. You can sometimes hear neighbors. It had everything one needs to be comfortable and cook some meals in while being close to great eateries. Wish I could have stayed longer.

When we arrived, we had some confusion with the lockbox and the Wi-Fi. Spencer was very responsive and came right over to help us out. If we needed other assistance, he was accessible.We enjoyed our stay and being a dog-friendly place was a big bonus. We had easy parking and could access the beach in short order. The condo layout worked well for us, with good amenities (including fridge, stove) we could use to make food and hang out when we wanted. Plenty of room and cheerful for a couple and a dog, plus access for Red Sox game viewing.There are nearby stores for quick purchases, including one within walking distance. Star supermarket is a couple miles away for more shopping needs. Food options? There are multiple places to eat in the Marshfield, MA area including Duke’s across the street, and if you want to consume local fish and seafood.

Great spot! Safe, comfy and accessible!

We loved the location and proximity to the beach, Dukes Beach Bar directly across the street and the short distance to the Brant Rock Esplanade. We had a short stay and were looking for restaurant variety and entertainment. The place was as advertised. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Clean, smells nice, comfortable, safe, very close to the beach!

We had a great stay at this condo in Marshfield, MA. The space was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. The host was friendly, communicated well, and offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. Being from Nebraska and experiencing the Massachusetts area was perfect, we really enjoyed the bar/restaurant the Jetty just up the road! I’d definitely stay here again!

Best time ever!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spotless and very well maintained. We loved how easy it was to access the beaches, just a short drive away. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the beaches were. The only restrictions were keeping them on leash. The neighborhood was peaceful, family-oriented, and not overly touristy, which made our stay even more relaxing. A big bonus was the laundry room in the building, it was super convenient to wash all our beach towels before heading home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet super clean and pet-friendly getaway!

Condo was clean and met our needs. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo so I don’t have a lot to rate it on. We ran into trouble the first night with the lock on the unit door and were left stranded for awhile as the owner went to bed early and turned his phone off. We almost had to sleep in our car or find a hotel even though all our stuff was inside. My husband was ultimately able to get the door open thankfully, but the door handles/locks should probably come with a warning label. Also, the shower is not made for tall people. It was okay for me at 5’5” but my husband who is 6’2” had to squat down at an uncomfortable angle to get under the shower head to wash his hair. These aren’t deal breakers, just good to know if you plan on renting.
