Hi Rebecca. To be honest, the house to the right, beachside, as you look directly at the Gulf really doesn't block your view at all and although it is maybe unsightly, they were beaten up by the hurricane a few years ago and may still be battling with insurance. So, we like to think the main view isn't a blue tarp on a window but the beautiful glistening gulf which you can look directly at and listen to while sitting on the huge screened in porch in Baby Blue. Hi Allen, Definitely! Baby Blues screened in porch is an amazing place to relax and just take a minute to listen to the sound of the waves or enjoy some fresh off the boat seafood for sure! We really do have the old Florida vibe around here with just a handful of restaurants/stores etc., but as the nearby Tradin' Post (grocery store) says - if they don't have it, you don't need it :), so we kinda find it refreshing for the soul.
