Condominio di lusso al quarto piano con un balcone che si affaccia a ovest - amerete ogni tramonto! Sanremo 409 è aggiornato con ogni comfort: ripiani in granito, modanature a corona e arredi di design.
- Camera da letto principale con porta scorrevole in vetro sul balcone che si affaccia sul golfo. Bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata, doppi lavandini, ampio armadio.
- La seconda camera vanta anche un letto king size e un bagno privato.
- La terza camera da letto con letto a castello e rotelle (può ospitare fino a 3). La terza camera ha il proprio bagno.
- INCLUDE SERVIZIO SEDIA SPIAGGIA - due sedie e un ombrellone allestito giornalmente da marzo a fine ottobre.
- Pack and Play e Booster Seat o Seggiolone forniti. Le culle sono disponibili tramite il nostro concierge.
- Ascensori in costruzione.

Ogni camera dispone di lenzuola in cotone al 100% - e ogni bagno è completo di asciugamani in cotone al 100%, saponi per la doccia, saponi per le mani, forniture iniziali di prodotti di carta e asciugacapelli.

Passeggia accanto alla grande piscina (riscaldata da marzo a metà aprile) con la propria corsia di passaggio fino alla sabbia bianca e candida della tua spiaggia.
Rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio a bordo piscina o scivolare nella palestra in loco per fare cardio o sollevare pesi. Avere biciclette consegnate al portabici e visitare gli esclusivi villaggi sul mare di Trenta-A lungo 20 miglia di piste ciclabili.
O semplicemente rilassarsi sul balcone nell'area salotto imbottita (NOVITÀ 2017) o cenare all'ampio tavolo all'aperto. Qualunque cosa tu faccia, troverai la strada per San Remo 409.

Fall break

Overall impression was that the view was gorgeous and the condo was very clean! We loved the small touch of the welcome gift. Our stay was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The customer service was phenomenal and we would love to stay at this same condo again.

Great for Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Each year we are fortunate enough to celebrate our family vacation in Santa Rosa. We prefer 30A to properties on 98 for the quieter, less crowded feeling. San Remo is our favorite place to stay on 30A. And unit 409 is one of our favorites in the SR complex. It easily accommodates my sons and their families (6 total) and being an end unit on the top floor has plenty of privacy.

San Remo 409 is on the west side of the building - the furthest from the mansion to the east. All of the construction is done so we don't know why there would be any noise, but as our return friend, you always enjoy a return friend discount from Your Friend at the Beach!

We loved the area, the beach is perfection, maybe 2 minute walk, swimming pool was one of cleanest I've ever seen, sparkling water, we will be returning each year if they will have us. Kind of hesitate to post this, let the cat out of the bag so to speak, because I want to make sure we can book again and again without scrambling for the dates we want.

Christmas Break at the Beach!

This was the first time in 409 and we are sold on it. It was the beautifully decorated inside. Beds were comfortable and the view was to die for. We already booked for next year. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from a great stay at 409 San Remo. The unit was clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub with easy access to the beach where chairs were set up each day. One note of caution, they are building a property in front of this resort that may create noise over the next 6 months or so. Not sure how big it will be but this unit should still have some views to the ocean being a top floor corner unit. We look forward to returning in the future.

We have posted a web cam on the Home page of our website --- as well as on our Facebook page so you can check daily the ongoing construction of a three story single family home to the east side of San Remo. San Remo 409 is the furthest west and on the fourth floor, so the moise hasn't affected guests there. But we are always happy to answer questions as construction continues! We are your friends at the beach!

Overall, a great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying at San Remo. We really enjoy the facility, easy walk to the beach, and close walk to some shops and dining. We loved the view from room 409. The patio furniture was comfy and enjoyable to spend mornings and evenings and short afternoons on away from the sun. My only small complaint was reading about a trundle bed under the twin bunk. But when we got there, there was no twin bunk with trundle. It was a twin over a full size bed. But my three little kids really like their own bed. It was a bit disappointing since that was a main reason for choosing this place. He ended up sleeping on the couch. The only other thing was having to clean much of the dishes before I used them. Probably from the people before us. But I sometimes expect that. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had most everything I needed for lots of cooking.

Thank you Angela for returning to San Remo with Your Friend at The Beach! San Remo 409 has one of the best views of the sunset - the end condo on the west side with a wrap around balcony. We appreciate you alerting us to the need to update the description - a new bunk bed was put in and it no longer has the trundle - just a full on the bottom and a twin on top. We have corrected it - and hope you return soon as one of our other San Remo top floor condos does have the trundle on the bottom! You always enjoy a return friend discount at any of our condos when you reserve with Your Friend at The Beach.

Winter Escape to the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spend a spectacular week at San Remo 409 over the New Year’s holiday. We really enjoyed the comfort of the condo. It’s a perfect fit for our family with everyone having their own bedroom. Plus Our son loved the big bunk bed. We have been coming to 30A for over 13 years and San Remo and YFAB is by far our favorite spot. The condo is well maintained and equipped with everything we need. Plus it was super clean when we arrived. Tori was amazing to work with and they even checked in with me in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything. Big Plus! We already booked for next year. Thank you YFAB for making our winter holiday amazing!
