Property was ideal for two couples as both bedrooms had a king-size bed. The rooms were spacious and the common areas were very comfortable. The views from the rooms were amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. Walking to shops nearby was convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We anticipated a great view and we were not disappointed.We were disappointed in the bed in the main bedroom. The mattress was soft and every time you moved the bed squeaked.The weather was cold, which is not unusual for October in HHI. However, when we turned the HVAC to heat the system what turn on of 30 seconds then off,then on, off,on etc. We final turn the heat off and wore our coats or sweaters and added addition blankets at night. The unit did show its age. At least one of the plumbling fixtures needed tighting as did at least one of the towel bars. I was surprised, since this was such a nice location that the outlets and switches did not match. It took away from the overall appearance of the unit.The new furniture, especially the reclining chairs were really nice. I would not recommend this unit because of the comments above.

Your review was a bit confusing. This is a great villa with excellent views. The owners have it decorated to their taste, and we have had nothing but positive reviews since we started managing the property last year. The heater is serviced annually twice per year, and you may have been the first person to turn on the heat. A loose towel bar, a loose fixture, switches and plates that don't match. I don't think anyone, including the owners, ever noticed. Particularly perplexing to me is the status of the living room blinds, which you did not mention. The upper blinds were closed on purpose to keep heat out. We found them open and torn following your stay. Did you open those blinds? It would surprise me that you did not mention them since the other items were so bothersome. Glad you enjoyed your stay anyway and certainly were happy to provide a 10% discount to you. Hope you find something more to your liking next time.
