*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

No issue with an ice machine was reported to me during your stay, but if you are referring to the resorts ice machine, that amenity is maintained and managed by the resort rather than by me. It was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere and the people and the place and things to do were amazing the options were truly endless and the condo was so clean and exceeded expectations will definitely be coming back Myrtle!!!

It was a very disappointing. It was dirty. The lockbox wouldn’t work. We couldn’t lock the door. There is no view from the patio. This place is in the worst part of Myrtle Beach. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone

There is no lockbox on this door. Its a keypad and i explained you that it locks automatically with a press of a button. The view is exactly as pictured and advertised on the listing.

The room itself was cute, clean, and adequate for the price. The property is old, run down, and dirty feeling. The photos on the listing of the property don’t fully show how old and run down it feels. There were several pools, restaurants, and bars that weren’t open for days at a time. The Starbucks was rarely open and had a hotel worker running it, so the drinks were dont correctly made. Elevators have grimy stained floors, pool bars feel dirty, lots of repairs need to be made on property. The room was good, but the property is not accurately portrayed. The neighborhood is sketchy with abandoned buildings, homeless, and run down apartments and hotels around. We walked a couple of blocks to a nearby restaurant, but didn’t feel safe. Unfortunately, this cute listing is really hurt by the property and neighborhood. I won’t book this area again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the room clean, cute, and a good value for the price. I’m sorry to hear that the resort property and surrounding area did not meet your expectations. The resort’s common areas, pools, elevators, and overall maintenance are managed by the HOA and resort management and are outside of my control. Regarding the restaurants, bars, and Starbucks, these are not advertised or included in my listing, and their operating hours are determined by the resort. I strive to accurately represent the unit itself through the photos and description, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I wish you all the best in your future travels.
