We're very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered, especially the bathtub and floors, as well as the condition of the king mattress is not within your preference. That's not the experience we want our guests to have, and we've shared your comments with our housekeeping and property teams so these concerns can be addressed. We also appreciate you letting us know about the condition of the pool restroom, although this is beyond our direct control we'll pass that feedback along to the community HOA since they maintain those facilities. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations and that the issues you experienced during your stay impacted your comfort. We take maintainence and guest comfort very seriously. While our team attempted to address your concerns during your stay, we recognize that we fell short in resolving them quickly and communicating effectively. Following your departure, we coordinated with the property owner to replace the master mattress, repair the loft balcony door latches, adjust the shower door rollers, and address the remaining maintenance items.
