Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, the pool area, the game room, the quiet neighborhood, and our convenient location. We also appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and are glad we were able to quickly address any concerns during your stay. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of certain areas did not meet our usual high standards. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping team and have reinforced our inspection procedures to ensure every detail is thoroughly checked before each arrival. Regarding the bicycles, they are listed as an amenity when available, but unfortunately they occasionally require maintenance or replacement due to normal wear and tear. We apologize that they were unavailable during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the dart board accessories to our attention. We have since replaced the damaged dart tips so future guests can fully enjoy the game room. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We’re always looking for ways to improve and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.
