Great place to stay in Fayetteville! Ideal location to get to all of the sights and stops in the area. The home and property were a wonderful place to rest and relax after busy days. The property is beautiful!! The host communicated clearly and effectively before, during, and after the trip. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location near enough to everything the NRG has to offer.We especially enjoyed the hot tub after all our hiking and river adventures. Stocked with all the kitchen amenities you might need. And the wall mural matched the shirt I brought.

WE really enjoyed our stay. Its a great location so close to great hikes like the Long trail (go early it's popular - we we there by 8 am and when we left at 9:30 we were passing many people were hiking in) and the town of Fayettville where we enjoyed a thursday evening of live music at the restaurant. The house has everything you need and was very clean, easy check in -out. we enjoyed the hot tub - also clean. Beds were very comfortable. Alot of thought was shown in making the home very comfy. Our group of six adults all enjoyed the comforts of home after our days of sightseeing. Thank you.

Great location for our family's trip to New River Gorge National Park. Conveniently located to the park, other sites and restaurants nearby. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were great communicators when we made the reservation and had a few questions. They shared the check in information timely and checked on us to be sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, recently updated, super clean and spacious, with lots of special touches. We had a fabulous stay!

This was the perfect property for our family. The house was clean and updated. The yard was spacious for us to play in with the kids. The fire-pit area and hot tub were our family’s favorites. It was nice being so close to New River Gorge and we enjoyed the hiking trails nearby. The host was helpful and stayed in touch frequently.

Well appointed hidden gem

The house was as described, very well stocked/appointed and clean. The property manager was super quick to reply and very helpful. Close to all sorts of fun things to do in New River Gorge!

Beautiful country home

The whole home looked newly updated, from new floors to new paint. Kitchen was very nice and everyone said they liked their beds. I really liked the fire pit out by the willow tree, and my daughter definitely enjoyed the hot tub porch. I love the area and I never meet a stranger when I’m in West Virginia.

Fantastic family vacation

Yvonne was a pleasure to deal with. Immediate responses and a detailed document describing how to use everything on the property. House was decorated beautifully and incredibly clean. Hot tub was great. Shower and hot tub towels provided. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms. About 10 mins from town. Quiet property. Loved it! Would definitely go back.

Excellent location for Ace Adventure (10 min)

This home is quiet, very clean and newly updated. It has a large yard with another home on one side and I believe a small creek (tall grass next to creek) on the other. There is a hot tub on the creek side. We spent most of our time adventuring. We went white water rafting, zip-lining, UTV with New River ATV, water park at Ace and rode rail cars with Rail Explorers in Clay, WV. The host provided recommendations for eating out. I would add Mandabee’s in Oak Hill ( about 10 min). The food and service was excellent. We tried Secret Sandwich Society and the Cathedral Cafe which were good. Our UTV guide Jacob also recommended Tequila Tacos in Fayetteville (10 min and inexpensive) and the Long Point hike (3 mile round trip) for a great view of the bridge. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Lots of towels, washing machine and dryer, plenty of room to spread out for our family, so no complaints. Teens highly recommend New River ATV and Rail Explorers (cars move faster than they thought since they have a motor). Really they said they loved all of it.. except the hike which was hot.. but it is July and it had a beautiful view from the parent’s perspective. Come out and enjoy the outdoors in WV.

We had a wonderful time at Whispering Willow retreat. The house was super clean and tidy. We had plenty of room for our family of four and loved sitting out on the patio watching the fireflies and stars at night.
