Great location, property and house needs some TLC as well as updates and a good cleaning.

Thank you Lisa for your feedback. We take the cleanliness of our property seriously, as we use the property too throughout the year and would not expect it to be left dirty for incoming guests. As I shared with you, I visited the property the day before your check in and made sure the property was in proper, clean condition. As for the TLC, please know we do our absolute best to keep the outside and inside maintained as best we can. The cottage is on the water and next to a wooded, nature preserve which requires constant care and landscaping.

We enjoyed our stay. We kayaked and fished. The kids really enjoyed the swing set. The house was clean and comfortable.

Amazing property!

We stayed here for a fishing trip. The kids had a blast with all the amenities they have. They fished from the shore all day while taking a few breaks here and there to go play on the playground, jump on the trampoline, or take the kayaks out on the water. The house itself is nice with plenty of sleeping arrangements. I'll definitely be staying here again soon.

Great time with great friends

House was perfect for a group of 30-year-olds. Lots to do and loved the access to kayaks. Fire pit was ready to go so all we had to do was light it - a nice gesture on the part of the owner. Queen bed was very comfortable.

The property was so calm, refreshing, and peaceful after a long week. The house came fully stocked with all necessary tools needed for cooking, grilling, playing games, and they even had some toys for kids! My only helpful criticism would be to put a sign warning about the step in the bathroom to the toilet if possible, as every person who walked in tripped over it upon entering for the first time. We also loved the Grateful Dead accents, and we would recommend this listing to anyone!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Great amenities, fishing, and view of the river. Tons for the kids to do. We'll be back again.
