CB Vacations contacts were helpful and responsive and the property onsite management was welcoming. The amenities were in reasonable to good condition. The property was TRUE oceanfront as promised.

The best part of our stay was relaxing on the lanai, with the sweeping ocean views ... It really doesn't get any better than that! This unit was well stocked and clean, and the complex well maintained. We were also very happy with the location of the property (close to Kona, and close to snorkeling). The mattresses and bed linens are probably due for replacement, but we could overlook that for all of the positive aspects! Definitely recommend this unit, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment with an ocean view. There are two swimming pools in the property that you are very close to. You have a 5-minute Drive to buy grocery or grab a quick bite. If you want to buy a lot of groceries wish me did done it's about 30 minutes to the nearest Walmart or Costco

GREAT location!!! You want unobstructed, very secluded, quiet ocean front? This is it! Bring binoculars because there was no shortage of whale sightings from the lanai! Super-clean. Nice, updated bathrooms. Well-maintained, gated complex. A 10-minute drive to the trailhead to Captain Cook snorkeling (so worth the hike to some awesome snorkeling!). Great communication from the leasing company too! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was almost perfect-- location, view, condo cleanliness and stocking, check in and check out. Only thing that could be improved are the beds-- especially the king in the master. They are very stiff and felt as if they had springs poking into your back. Mother saud same about one of the smaller beds in the guest room. Everything else was perfect and would rent again despite the beds. thank you

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this Big Island condo was one of the best. It was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of five — we never felt crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our home cooking, and the separate mini split A/C units in each room kept everyone comfortable.The lanai had a wide ocean view over lava rocks — we loved having coffee out there in the morning, and cocktails and dinner at night. Beds were soft and cozy, showers and bathtub were roomy, and thoughtful touches like non-slip mats, hampers, and hooks made it feel like home.The in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV, extra beach towels and chairs, and assigned parking were such great perks. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again — truly a fantastic experience!

Beautiful property, Great location

Wonderful ocean front property. We stayed for a week in mid June 2025. Property is located on Keauhou bay across the bay from the Sheraton outrigger. Complex was well maintained. Pool and bbq were right next to the unit. We spend mornings having coffee and breakfast on the lanai. We watched the manta ray snorkel tours on The bay every night. We did this one night and it was AMAZING. The unit has A/C which alot of the other units in the area do not. Only thing we could have asked for was a spice rack for cooking. The unit had pepper so we had to buy salt etc. Overall a great unit that we would recommend! Mahalo!
