An amazing place!! Plenty of space, great views right on the ocean!! We had everything we needed. Beautiful resort, nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!! And the host was able to accommodate a later check out for us, which was much appreciated. 1000% recommend.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stat here! The condo is spacious, clean and the views are perfection! We enjoyed our breakfast sitting outside with the beautiful waves crashing. The condo is generously stocked and we had everything we needed.

Vacation on the big island

Condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves were so soothing. Great supply of beach equipment to use. Snacks were great to have, thank you! We had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. View could not be beat. So close to the water!!! Location was great with easy access to many restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the complex pools too.

Great stay - Nice unit

We had a great stay. The unit was updated, clean, and well-stocked. Management company was good at contacting us and very responsive. Beautiful oceanfront condo with unbelievable views. We recommend!

Fabulous Views - Well Appointed

The condominium was fabulous and very well appointed; from a well-appointed kitchen and everything you could need for the pool and beach. We especially enjoyed the ocean pool, the proximity to nearby beaches, and the wonderful views. Relaxing on the deck each evening while taking in the sunset was a highlight of our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown Kailua-Kona for shopping and dining. We live on the coast south of San Francisco, but there is something truly special about having the sound of crashing waves right outside your door. We have enjoyed visiting the Kailua-Kona area for the past 51 years, and this trip was especially memorable because we were able to share it with family. We look forward to returning for another visit soon.

Very Nice Condo

A beautiful well-appointed condo right on the ocean with perfect sunset views. The owners and property manager were very generous with welcome champagne and snacks. Conveniently located in a quiet area with nearby shopping center and marina. I would go back in a second!

Perfect in Paradise

Condo 1701 was the perfect spot for our vacation with our two adult daughters. The kitchen was very well equipped; we ate most of our meals from the lanai and had everything we needed for preparing meals and special beverages. The views were spectacular and if the lanai were any closer to the crashing waves we would have really been in the splash zone! We had a few small, non-urgent issues (door knob type) and the owner had them fixed within the hour. Our daughter travels often and remarked that she’s “never had an owner respond more immediately”. Overall, a fabulous vacation respite. Would return to this home in a heartbeat.

Great ocean front condo. Snorkeing nearby. Kitchen was well equipped. Grocery store nearby. Beach chairs, boogie boards, towels were all in the condo available for our use.

Fantastic Vacation!

We had the most amazing stay! From the updated appliances to the beach gear to the oceanfront view, it was all amazing! We were able to eat dinner on the deck every night, listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunset. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the deck as the sun came up and we planned our day. The 3 pools were great as was the tennis and pickleball court. The location is fantastic, close to town and only a short and beautiful 2 hour drive from Volcano National Park. I would go back and stay here in a heartbeat!

relaxing and joyful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The space was very clean and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of supplies and conveniences that made it feel truly well-stocked. I appreciated all the small details the owners clearly put effort into, which contributed to a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the condo was a standout feature — the ocean is just right in front of you. Overall, this condo exceeded my expectations. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with a great view and a good location.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, well stocked, extra little things that we aren’t used to in many rentals. Could have spent the entire trip sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks. Nice location, closer to Volcanoes NP than northern resorts. Close enough to Kona, many nearby snorkeling options. Everything. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Perfect long weekend

Spent 5 days with my 2 sons for Father's Day scuba diving and enjoying the sights. The Kanaloa at Kona condo couldn't have been better. Welcoming , well appointed and totally comfortable. Right on the ocean ,easily one of the nicest units I've ever stayed in . Location was great too.Can't thank you enough!
