Entire family had a great time! Excellent views of the beach. We golfed, grilled out, and spent a lot of time at the beach and the pools. We have been to Turquoise Place several times and this has been the best condo yet.

The Turquoise Place is the crown jewel of vacation condos! From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty. This stunning four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath condo was breathtaking, but the master suite truly stole the show.The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the panoramic balcony offered spectacular views from the bedroom, dining area, and living room. The master suite felt like a private retreat, complete with a double Jacuzzi, headrests, a television, and a sound system throughout.Another standout feature was the commercial kitchen, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. We also loved having an assigned parking space for the condo, so there was never any worry about returning early just to find a spot. Someone finally thought of the perfect combination of condo living and vacation perks!Every moment felt like a luxury getaway. We were genuinely sad to leave this beautiful oasis, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next stay!

Everything was amazing! The only negative is you are directly above the bar/pool area. The music and people in the pool can be quite loud. Other than that, it was perfect.

This spacious unit is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Super clean upon arrival. The beach views out of the floor to ceiling windows are phenomenal. Beautiful furnishings throughout. Management is top notch. They were always just a text away if we needed anything and were quick to respond. Definitely booking again for next summer.

The location was perfect for the Beach and several excursions. Wish there was some sidewalks or better uber transportation but the location itself was amazing and the view was even better

Family graduation trip

We enjoyed a fun trip with family after my son’s college graduation. Beautiful condo. Plenty of space for adult children and 2 small grandchildren. Great amenities at Turquoise Place for all ages as well as lots of good restaurants in the area.

Second time stay

This was the second time we stayed at this location. They have added the water slide since we were there last and was loved by those who used it. Overall, a great trip, enjoyed by all.

November in the gulf

We had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the pool and the snack area downstairs. The views of the gulf are fantastic, and the condo had room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation. Plenty of places close by to eat dinner.

Mom’s 80th Birthday

This was the 2nd time I’ve used VRBO and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. My families stay at the Turquoise Place was awesome, the condo was amazing and you couldn’t beat the view. My entire family enjoy the experience so much we are considering making this an annual trip.

Great experience!

The condo was great and well decorated. But for paying over 5k for 6 nights I would have thought the master bedding would have been more comfortable my husband and I actually went to the spare fourth bedroom to sleep in because the beds were softer and more comfortable I also wish the kitchen was better equipped with measuring cups, etc.

Very cleans and spacious . Too warm in bedroom AC was blowing warm air at 5:30 am not sure why. See

The check in process was miss interpreted. The property check in was almost rude. We arrived early and the parking guard would not allow us on The property therefore we left and went the public beach! We received your text at 2:30 pm saying go check in but the desk said we could not check in until she received an email from you which didn’t happen until 4:00. So there’s some issues with the communication.

We are so so sorry about the check in issues - TP has changed check in protocol during COVID-19 to limit the number of people checking in at same time and on the property. This has caused some headaches and definitely creates more communication needed between us and the check in staff at TP. Late vacation

The condo was beautiful but could see it has been used and is showing it.. The worst problem was the weather..cold and windy 😁😁the next issue was repair during the first 2 days drying out a water leak from the unit above us..bathe manager tried to put us in another unit but we had our mind set on this unit as our daughter had stayed there a year or so before.. Last but not the least was the sofa height..way to low for us seniors and those with knee issues

Turquoise Place is awesome, D1301 not so much

Our family has enjoyed Turquoise Place in the past, and were excited to celebrate a family event there in June of 2024 in luxury. D1301's description sounded like the luxurious place we wanted, with enough rooms for everyone to enjoy privacy during the week, and each room having access to the wonderful balcony, and fabulous views. I was willing to pay the luxurious price for the expected luxurious stay, as previous stays in other smaller condos there have been wonderful. What we found was a condo in great need of attention - not the luxury I was paying for. One example: D1301's curtains were in great need of repair and replacement. One of the bedrooms had a broken curtain rod, in addition to large holes that allowed the early morning sun to shine like a flashlight into the room. All of the bedroom curtains have holes. When I called the property manager I was told that this had been reported by others who had stayed there, and they were having discussions with the condo's owners to take care of the problem. The curtain rod was fixed enough by the third day that there wasn't a gaping hole at the top of the curtains, but that was all that was addressed as far as the curtains go. A light cover was missing over the hot tub on the balcony, the lighting mechanism of the outdoor grill no longer works, there were touchpads in every room that are inoperable (one that constantly flashed in the master bath - someone came and removed it), and the furnishings have grown shabby from use.
