Quick beach trip for sweet 16 birthday. The girls loved the room, view and location. The host was extremely nice and helpful as well as the check-in process. Great beach access and the tiki bar was a nice plus. Room was as advertised with all amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved our stay. It was very clean and exactly as described. We loved the pool and being so close to the beach. The only thing we would change is there needs to be more mirrors for getting ready.

Was a good area. Condo was a little smaller than we were use to with 5 people but comfortable. Staff was great,elevators normal. Loved that I didnt get harrassed on the beach when I put my tent and chairs up. The internet in the condo was terrible. But overall a good stay. Not many on the beach loved the space.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at the Boardwalk many times and always enjoy the location. The condo was in good condition and as advertised.

A lot of rules at the pool and room. Not small kid friendly most of the time. Our 8 year old and 6 year old didn’t have as good of a time as I would have liked because of the rules. No lifeguards, just security guards telling people what they could not do. Twice the sky was beautiful but the security guards made us clear the pool deck for a storm 20 miles away or more.

Boardwalk Vacay

There was a delay with check in, we did arrive early and spent the day at the beach and when we went upstairs to check on the room no one was in it so we reached out to book that condo to see if we could go in and they said someone was in cleaning 🤷‍♀️

Moved to another condo

The original condo that I booked was sold, so I was moved to another condo which was on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed. Check in was very easy and I was checked on to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely use them again.

We stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort the first week of June. The condo smelled fresh as soon as we opened the door, and was very clean. There were sample bottles of soaps, paper products, etc. left for us to use to start our stay. We had asked about the coffeemaker before arriving if it was a pod-type or if it used grounds, and had been told they would bring us a pod-type if needed. I called and let them know we did need one, and they delivered one to us the next morning. The condo had a couple of beach chairs, beach towels, "boogie boards", and some sand toys we could use, as well as most small appliances you might need to use. There was plenty of dishware, (plates, cups, silverware) but seemed a little light on cookware. However, we did not really cook in the condo. We just had light breakfasts and lunches, and went out to some fabulous restaurants in Panama City Beach for our dinners. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and there was enough bath towels and such as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and highly recommend Book That Condo as a host.

Comfortable Condo

Had a great stay. A throw blanket or two would have been awesome, but I purchased one, so it was fine. I couldn’t get the tv to show more than about 12 basic channels… it was asking me for a password. If more channels are available, typed instructions to access additional channels would be helpful. :)
