The condo was very nice, spacious and stunning views. Loved the pools and amenities. Our cons were the check in process, parking and our door you had to slam shut to get it to lock.

The Caribe is a first class resort with great facilities and personnel, the beach shuttle service is free and easy as well as Cobalt restaurant on site, Liquid Life was great to work with and communication with them was very easy, looking forward to staying again soon.

The condo was clean and we enjoyed our brief stay. There are 2 issues that renters need to know before renting from this company. First, the three bedroom condo we rented was only allowed 1 parking spot. We had to purchase an additional parking pass for 25 from Caribe. Second, the lock box with key cards (2) is located 3 miles away and is difficult to open. And you have to return the cards after checking out. This information needs to be on listing. If the rental company addresses these 2 issues, I would rent from them again.

Parking limits and any resort fees are set by Caribe Resort, and I apologize this wasn’t clear in the listing — we’ll update the listing to call out parking limits and any associated costs. I’ve also shared your feedback about the remote lockbox location and difficulty opening it with our operations team so we can improve the arrival instructions and explore easier alternatives. Loved the Condo! So roomy and nice. Would rather go straight to unit without going to realty before and did not care for the 100 to get early check-in. I travel with my elderly parent and having to stay in car that long makes them so tired. First time I have ever been told I had to pay for early check in. Would have been nice to have blankets in every bedroom. Other than those things would highly recommend this unit.
