Terrific place to stay. Enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Bubbles Up was fantastic! Oceanfront view from front balcony and sound view from bedroom window. Only steps and you were on the beach! Clean condo and a smooth check in and out. Will look forward to staying here again!

We were able to view the ocean from our location. Very quiet and cozy place to stay and enjoy some time on the beach. Love the area as it is not so "commercialized."

The place is great, clean, quiet, and very family friendly. We truly had a great time and wished we could have stayed on the island and the condo longer. Tip: For those planning longer trips (and giant suitcases like us) make sure you stretch as there was not an elevator on site. Not a con per say, just a head ups to be ready if you're staying on a higher floor or be sure to pack multiple, smaller bags! We hope to come back in the near future!

This is a great place to stay. As many others have said, it’s exactly as described, clean and a super comfy mattress in the bedroom. The owner was attentive, positive and very helpful. The kitchen has everything needed, everything was clean and ready to go. Nice beach decor, and a fantastic view of the ocean from the patio. We loved the location - literally less than 4 minutes to the beach (2 sets of stairs and a walkway) - and it’s a lovely beach that wasn’t busy at all (off season). Fossilized shark teeth can be found fairly easily, and the people on the beach were all very friendly and clearly happy to be there, as were we. It’s also very quiet and peaceful (again, off season), which helped us relax and enjoy the vibe. It’s a simple, clean condo that’s well situated and well maintained. Oh, and we found Coffee Joy down the road (1/2 a mile north), which makes the best coffee in Eastern NC (in our opinion).Thanks to the owner for providing a great stay!

When we first arrived we were a little worried because you could tell the condo was dated. Inside did need a little TLC, but nothing after a day you even noticed anymore. Bathroom was fine, bed was the best vacation bed me and the wife have ever slept on. It mirrored our $$$$ mattress at home. All facilities in the condo were great and updated even if the physical condo wasn't. We did get a workout being on the 3rd floor, but that's nothing something you can penalize for since we knew it beforehand.. still was a good workout tho on check in day. The area is AMAZING. Paragon gave a few helpful suggestions along the way thru email. Me and the wife will definitely return here.... Just maybe on a lower floor, especially if wr bring a grandbaby or 3. 5* all the way. Great vacation and easy-to-use rental company

We loved our stay on Topsail Island. The condo was exactly as described. Most everything we needed was there and we loved being steps from the beach and listening to the waves from inside the condo. The stay offered relaxation and rest and time to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Alan was very helpful and his restaurant recommendations were excellent. We appreciated the ability to rent a Shibumi but the rates listed in the condo listing were significantly less expensive than the actual rental cost, but had the weather cooperated, they'd have been worth every dollar. We're talking about next summer already. This location is definitely among the contenders.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent…convenient, accessible, and close to everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They answered questions quickly and made the entire experience seamless. The property was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
