The home is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of space and well appointed. The host is wonderful. Happy to answer all questions and give great info on local spots. She could not have been any nicer. Do not hesitate to stay in the lovely home.

I had no children there but think it would be good. Had a wonderful family room. Good for teens. I thought the house and location were fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

Most wonderful state we’ve ever had with the VRBO, the host Claire is so nice, we come in a holiday time and open the door to see the big welcoming basket waiting for us. The house is a huge and super clean, very comfortable room, bedding, shower, kitchenand full of supplies whatever you needed. The communication was also great with the host, check-in process super easy. We had a wonderful holiday in this house, feels just like at our own. We can’t say thank you enough to Claire of her kindness thoughtfulness. We hope to be back next time in Albuquerque. Highly recommended this beautiful home.

Just returned from two weeks at this property - it was highly rated by the entire group (consisting of family and friends with extremely high standards). From the first point of contact with the host, it was apparent to me that we had found a very nice set up. The host was very responsive and answered all my pre-stay questions promptly. All of us felt very comfortable and the initial welcome was quite lovely. The house itself is large, comfortable and impeccably maintained. The photos don't do the place justice - inside or out. The cleanliness was top notch, the laundry unit is very good (better than most of the places we've stayed in). We had an issue with the fridge water filter being faulty - it was promptly dealt with in spite of the host being out of town - she had it taken care of within 36 hours after being notified of the problem - and that was only because the replacement part had to be over-night delivered before it could be installed. The location of the house was great for a group who wanted to be close to everything - but without a lot of noise. Being able to sit on the back patio for morning coffee, or later for evening meals was very relaxing - the area is somehow insulated from the traffic noise of a main road less about .2 miles from the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and provided a nice safe place to walk in the mornings before breakfast. We were less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown Albuquerque. 2 thumbs up on all counts
