This condo was modern and comfortable. Additionally, the resort staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, great stay.

Perfect family getaway

This beachfront property was perfect for what we were looking for. We had just enough space for everyone. We loved the pool and the rinse off stations accessible after hanging out on the beach all day. It was just a short walk to access the beach, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy the beach, the pool, and even the playground. My favorite part was being able to all sit on the very comfy couch together and relax after a busy day! We will definitely be back again!

Nice place could use some improvements

Nice but the electric did go off for about 3 or 4 hours. And the water was turned off to the unit 7 minutes before checkout time which was inconvenient because we needed the water at the end to clean up.

The power outage affected a large portion of Port Aransas due to an unexpected transformer issue caused by an accident in town. As soon as we were informed, we sent an email update to all guests on the property with the estimated restoration time from AEP. The early water shutoff was an error during scheduled plumbing work—we truly appreciate your effort to clean up before checkout and apologize for the disruption. We hope to host you again under smoother circumstances.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Pelican Condos. It was a great location and our condo was clean and comfortable. The beach theme decor was nice. The grounds were well kept and the walk to the beach was much better than some we’ve stayed at. I had contacted the property to find out what kind of coffee maker was in our condo because I wanted to know what kind of coffee to bring (the description wasn’t specific and it wasn’t in any pictures). I was told it was a Keurig, but when we got there, it’s was a regular coffee maker so we didn’t bring the right coffee. It would be nice if it was in the description so that people know without guessing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Such a wonderful family vacation!

Upon arrival we appreciated the parking with plenty of spaces close to and right up to our unit. The front desk staff was welcoming and informative and made sure to let us know that they were there if we needed anything. The unit was clean and we loved how bright and open it was. I was extremely thankful for the building I picked upon booking as our balcony had a great view of the ocean, we were also right next to the playground and a quick walk to the pool. The pool was also beautiful and well kept with plenty of seating and a container with a few pool toys that my children were able to enjoy. The location of the condominium was also perfect as we were close to restaurants, a grocery store, and plenty of souvenir shops. One more thing to mention is the quiet time of 10pm to 10 am so you can sit on your balcony at night and listen to the waves and wildlife with no loud music or chatter. I would recommend our stay to friends and family and I will definitely be booking again for future family vacations. The best part of my trip was definitely staying at a safe, clean , family friendly spot .

Bright, clean, and spacious condo keeps us coming back!

This unit is spacious, bright and clean. This is our second time to come here and we would love to keep coming back! Our family enjoys the access to 11th street and to the beach while still being in a quiet and peaceful setting where the sound of the surf and the frogs put you to sleep. The beach access is just over the dunes but a golfcart ride down 11th is definitely worth it.
