The home offers 4 king bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 with a jack-n-jill that flows into a double queen room. A fun built-in bunk room with a twin bed over a queen makes this beach house kid-friendly. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The home features a Tesla EV Charger and other tech goodies, such as a rack mounted network, powered by 1200 Mps of high-speed Internet, with 5 strategically located wireless access points. Outside, there is a screen porch with TV for relaxing, and the heated private saltwater pool is perfect for a dip any time of year weather permitting. The pool comes with a gas heater, which can be used for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay, with the water taking 24-48 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please note that pool heating may not be available in cooler months when the air temperature falls below 55 degrees. Sonos powered speakers poolside provide additional entertainment as you enjoy the convenience of the outdoor kitchen BBQ featuring a built-in Coyote Gas Grill and a Coyote Power Burner, perfect for Lowcountry boils.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
