Best of Breck Location Epic Views Resort Amenities

Glad to hear you had a great stay. Our location is the best in Breck, literally "Where the Mountain Meets Main Street." Most of our guests find they use their car very little after they get here.

Thanks for the kind words. I've noticed that some properties up here stretch the meaning of "ski-in/ski-out." The Village at Breckenridge complex is the closest to the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9...no busy road to cross and less than 5 minutes to walk from our front door to the lift line.

Thank you for your kind words. This is the only place we own and rent out, so our guests have our undivided attention. Plus, since we stay here ourselves when it’s not rented, we make sure the condo has all the comforts of home for both us and our guests.

It’s nice being on the top floor! We’re fortunate to have views that span from downtown Breck to the mountains on either side to the resort to the west. Thank you for staying with us!

Being both ski-in/ski-out and a block to Main Street Breckenridge is a luxury that even the million dollar houses on Peak 8 can't compete with! Our location is, hands-down, the best in town and I feel like our condo has one of the best locations within the complex...away from the street, top-floor corner with amazing views from downtown Breck to the Blue River and Maggie Pond to the mountains of the ski resort.

Even in the winter, Breckenridge is such a walkable town, and it's fun to be in the thick of it all.

Glad you enjoyed it. We hope to make the place even better this spring with new carpet, paint, window coverings and an expanded master bath. Plus, with the health club renovation this summer, we'll have one of the best pool and hot tub areas in all of Breck come Thanksgiving.

Thank you so much for your review. What I love about Breckenridge is that you don’t have to ski to have a good time. Granted, the skiing is awesome, but our condo is so close to all the shops, spas, galleries, museums, and restaurants of downtown that there’s something fun for everyone.

We are always glad to have families! We use Vrbo a lot when my family of 6 travels. It's just so nice to have an entire place to spread out and a fully equipped kitchen to keep restaurant costs down. It's a no-brainer over cramming into a hotel room.

Glad you enjoyed it! Our health club was recently re-done and is now one of the nicest in all of Breckenridge. With its year-round heated pool, 4 hot tubs, fantastic workout facility, steam room, sauna, movie room, and "hangout area" with pool table, TV's and old-fashioned video games, it's a fantastic place for the entire family.

When the kids are occupied, Mom and Dad can relax! Since it's a bit older of a gaming system, I was going to remove the Wii, but my young adult kids won't let me! To them, a round of Mario Cart or Wii Sports is a nostalgic trip back in time. So...I guess we'll keep it! The layout of our place is nice for families in that the two bedrooms are separated by the living and dining areas which offers a lot of privacy to each room. Also, with little legs it's nice to be able to walk to just about everything in town, particularly the ski lift and children's ski school, which is located right here in the complex.
