Overall, we had a nice stay and the house was clean and quiet when we arrived. We really enjoyed having bikes available, and the pool and beautifully maintained grounds were definite positives. The house is also a nice size for a smaller group that doesn’t need one of the larger homes in the community. The biggest downside for us was the Seacrest deeded beach access. During peak season, it was extremely crowded, with beach service chairs packed very close together which took a majority of the dedicated beach leaving very little room for kids to play or families to spread out. The non rented chair area available to guests was rather small and jam packed with those opting out of beach rental services. We ended up skipping the tram and driving/riding bikes to public beach access in Rosemary and Inlet Beach, where we found much more space and privacy. The house was clean overall, although some of the upholstered furniture could benefit from a deeper cleaning.Communication was generally very good, with plenty of helpful updates and reminders, although a few messages seemed generic and didn’t always match Seacrest’s specific guidelines.Overall, we’re glad we experienced Seacrest and enjoyed our stay. However, having stayed in other areas along 30A, we found the crowds and cong
