Just as described, the bungalow was cute, kitchy, clean , comfortable & delightful. There was a good deal of privacy especially being smack in the middle of town. Two outdoor patios were a bonus as well. I'm so very to have booked this stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. My daughter loved the gypsy bed/pillows in the living area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels.

The house was emblematic of the town of Madrid. Charming, artful, and gypsy fun with a great kitchen. The queen bed I slept in was very comfortable. Plenty of deck space and a easy place to hang out. There are two restaurants in a coffee shop just down five minutes down the road, and a great little country store right across the street. You are on the main road, the Turquoise Highway, but in the evening was quite nice. The host, John who is the owner, was very responsive.

Police had to be called to facilitate the removal of this guests abandoned items that were strewn all over yard and house several days past their contracted time.

We had a great experience. Madrid is centrally located to Albuquerque and Santa Fe allowing us to explore many different aspects of New Mexico. The town itself is artsy and quaint. Every one at the general store was friendly and informative. The town radio station is a fun free form radio which we listen to regularly. Our host responded to every question almost immediately. The house is clean an spacious enough for our family of 4. The outside deck is great for star gazing. The local cat greeted us everyday.

Too many issues to name. The property is not professionally maintained, and there are many safety hazards that need to be addressed. The manager ignored three separate requests for assistance over the week we stayed there.

This home is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet place. The distance to both Albuquerque and Santa Fe is roughly 40 minutes and the town of Madrid itself is beautiful. The Outlaw Mercantile shop in front of the house is very useful to buy some groceries and snacks.

Convenient location making everything within walking distance. The convenience store across the street had very reasonable prices. We would stay here again.
