Questa spaziosa e luminosa casa di Squaw Valley si trova in una posizione comoda, a solo 1,6 km dagli impianti di risalita e dal villaggio di Squaw Valley. Si trova dall'altra parte della strada da una bellissima pista ciclabile che corre dal Village at Squaw, lungo il fiume Truckee fino a Tahoe City e giù lungo la costa occidentale del Lago Tahoe. La casa dispone di una grande camera familiare con soffitti alti e finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che si affacciano sul prato e sulle montagne al di là, tra cui piste da sci KT-22 e Squaw Creek. C'è un camino a legna e un grande ponte anteriore che è una "stanza" aggiuntiva per noi durante l'estate, dove è possibile rilassarsi all'aperto e cenare sotto le stelle. È possibile rilassarsi dopo una giornata in montagna nella vasca idromassaggio. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata adiacente alla spaziosa camera familiare. La casa offre uno spazio divertente per tutti da godere. La casa dispone di: Internet wireless ad alta velocità, TV, lettore DVD, lavatrice / asciugatrice e un tavolo da ping pong, un comodo garage per due auto e un parcheggio supplementare di fronte. Il Resort at Squaw Creek offre una spa e una palestra. La casa dispone di 4BR / 3BA e c'è anche un delizioso salottino al piano inferiore con comodi posti a sedere per divertirsi e giocare ... e persino un pianoforte!

This place was the perfect weekend get away to celebrate my brother getting married. Incredible views all hours of the day. Plenty of beds for everyone to get a comfortable night's sleep. Host was very communicative and had a very detailed itinerary. Would 100% come back to this house. Especially in the winter time being so close to a few different ski resorts.

Great home in the perfect location. The sauna jacuzzi, and fireplace were excellent, and the home was well stocked. Can’t wait to come back. The only thing that could have made it better was a little bit of snow…

Great location and beautiful home!

Loved the property location. Gorgeous views and great amenities. The home was well stocked and Michele was a pleasure to communicate with. We had 11 people in our group and the home was spacious enough for everyone! We will definitely rebook here again.

Super fun spot for the holidays

I stayed here with a group of friends and family over new years and we had an awesome time! This house is SO well equipped with tons of extra towels, bedding, and kitchen ware. It worked great for our larger group and the hosts were super accommodating with extra parking spots. It's also across the street from the path to Palisades so we walked the 20 minute walk to the village a few times, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway!

The house was in a terrific location, short walk to coffee and the village. Super easy to check in, and the house was very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Really nice features! Excellent communication with our host, Michele. Thank you!!

Fantastic Olympic Valley house

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful landscape surrounding the home. The home was spacious and well equipped. We had a great time! Large balcony on the street side and wildflower haven out back. Fantastic location, close to Tahoe Palisades, bike trail, short drive to Lake Tahoe, but enough away to not have crowds everywhere you go.

Climbing Trip Getaway

We had a group of 14 young professionals from the Bay Area going to Tahoe for some outdoor rock climbing and absolutely loved our stay here. The house was large enough to sleep all of us comfortably with only one person on one of the provided air mattresses. We made full use of the hot tub, sauna, close proximity to the lake, and fun games and puzzles provided! Would highly recommend this stay for a relaxing and spacious home for a big group of people!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The Forte’s house was perfect for our family of 5 (plus two friends). We comfortably fit 7 with lots of room for more! It is well maintained and very clean. The owner was quick to respond and is very easy to deal with. The house was easily accessible to Squaw ski area and The Village, only about a mile away — if you download the Mountaineer app for Squaw you can get free rides anywhere in the valley (we tipped the drivers well!) We will be back!

Beautiful views

No air conditioning, ripped screens on doors that had screens (not all doors had screens), so mosquitos came in. It was hot, so couldn’t open doors because of bugs. At least there were fans. Very comfortable space for family usage. Sheets were very old and worn.

My family with ours friends always love snowboarding. Every year, we try different ski resort around the country. And part of the is finding a place to stay and this house and host is perfect. Close to the ski resort and all you need is inside the house. Sometimes unwanted circumstance happed like our car was not turning on. I message the host and without any delay and hesitation, she even offered us to stay until the morning to be safe especially in a cold place. Thank you so much!!!😊

Parking was great; covered walkways to get not house. The hot tub and sauna got a lot of use. Some inconsiderate prior guest rearranged the tv connections to accommodate Apple TV so no tv at all. However with the assistance of the host, and after several hours on a conference call, collectively it was fixed. Perhaps it was also an inconsiderate prior guest who used a brand new cake pan to cook something on the stove top and totally ruined the pan. I had to go to plan B for making a birthday cake for one of the guests.House could use some updating but the location of it to the Palisades ski area made up for a lot. We would return to this home.

Comfortable and Cozy Large Family Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very helpful and friendly and accommodating. It felt like staying at a relative's home. The kitchen had all of the utensils and dishes and cookware we could need. Lots of pillows, blankets and other linens. So much firewood and a great back area for kids to play. We loved having the trail across the street and being able to walk to the Village. We did need to bring a few cleaning items (dish soap, sponge, tissues) as those were low but one family of our group came later so they brought the items. The bottom floor gets very cold and only one space heater worked. Also, the kids felt another couch was needed because most of them sat on the floor for tv and games. But great bunk room with many beds. So many games and extra winter gear. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and i had a fabulous stay here. Beautiful home, great location, two coffee machines! Yes two coffee machines!! this made me so happy. Only about 15 minutes to the lake, and great walking/running/biking path right across the street from the door to go to Olympic City, or to the Olympic signs (for cool pictures on a beautiful walk) the opposite way, about a mile each way for either or. The only trouble i ran into was undoing the bear fences on the home, as we had to to go in and out various doors. i may have touched one i was not supposed to but i didnt know. I think that one was on and it shocked me a little so i left it alone. I wish there would have been a sign to not touch that one. Other than that everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay again :) Angie

Stayed here with a big group of friends for a wedding. Access was easy and the place was as described. Loved the views from the front deck and relaxing mornings in the hot tub and sauna surrounded by wildflowers. Michele was great and was able to get our group an early check in and late checkout which we really loved so we could soak up more time in the valley. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home Right in Squaw

We came for a wedding and the house was perfect for our group. The sauna and hot tub were awesome to have it and sleeps a ton of people. The place is a bit dated but it didn't bother us much. Great location if you're doing anything in Squaw Valley right on the main strip. Michelle was also super helpful and communicative when we were having some problems with the stay!

Great Stay

We took the family up for a week and had a GREAT Stay! Michele was outstanding to work with and communications where quick and detailed. The location of this property is great, with beautiful views of Olympic Valley. The house is well appointed, clean and family friendly. Highly recommend!

We spent much of our childhood skiing at Squaw during the winters and enjoying beautiful Squaw Valley and Lake Tahoe during summers. The air is clean and fresh and exhilarating. Evenings are gorgeous and magical with an unbelievable spread of stars that light up the sky.

The house is such a warm and inviting home. It's ideal for both quiet gatherings of a small group of friends and larger family reunions. It's also a perfect location for several couples and families to join together for a Tahoe visit or celebration.
