The house offers a relaxed and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of nature. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and guests. The 3rd bedroom with twin bed is located through the Primary bedroom with it`s own door. The open floor plan and modern amenities make this house perfect for entertaining. Located near shopping and other amenities, this house truly offers the best of both worlds – a tranquil retreat with convenient access to everything you need. With its prime location, you will be just a short drive away from popular attractions such as the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Reid Park Zoo, Dove Mountain Golf and more!. Don`t miss out on the chance to experience the beauty , relaxation and culture of Tucson.

Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

House was lovely, grounds were gorgeous, hot tub was nice and relaxing. Fair warning though, the house has the most amazing blackout blinds ive ever seen, so be careful or you might sleep for 2 days straight lol! All together it was a very nice place and my family had a great time, would definitely recommend this rental!

This was a very nice home. It was kept at a good temperature. The master bedroom is outstanding. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washer/dryer were high quality. This was a roomy and comfortable home to stay in. We felt nothing was lacking on this property. It's mostly a 2 bedroom home and the 3rd room is most appropriate for a child and not necessarily an adult. The home is also near cycling trails.

We were visiting some friends in Oro valley and it was a perfect location! The house was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had great communication from our host, and we appreciated the early check-in option. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic communications with host. House was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful backyard desert plantings. Barely any road noise in quiet neighborhood. Big hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Garage with opener kept our car rental cool and protected. Big covered back patio. Propane grill - propane responsibility of renters.No outdoor table. Minimal outdoor furniture could use new cushions. Twin bedroom only accessible via primary bedroom.

The house was nice and in good shape and we enjoyed its location north of downtown Tucson. The master bedroom was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The heating and AC worked well. The bathroom was very large and pleasant with large windows and a nice view into the backyard. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, coffee maker, microwave, and quite a few herbs and spices as a bonus. There was a barbecue gas grill in the backyard which I used a couple of times and then we ran out of gas. There were a few spare propane tanks in the garage, but they were empty, and the property manager said it was our responsibility to get them refilled. I really think that for the price we paid a decent supply of propane should’ve been supplied for the grill, as I don’t like spending my vacation time running around looking for refills.The Jacuzzi outside was fun to use, which we did two or three times. But there were no outside lights where it was located, which was pretty strange. But if we kept the bedroom lights on, enough light spilled out through the windows so that we could get settled in it OK.By and large, we were quite pleased with this property and have no regrets about renting it. The cleaning was pretty good although in the guest bedroom there was some dirt and dead bugs along the edge of the carpeting. But we were able to clean this up with a little electric vacuum that they had in the closet.
