Natty could not have been more helpful. The space is beautiful, private with ample parking designated for two cars. The interior and exterior were gorgeous, immaculate and there was a very lovely romantic vibe. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely be returning ! Summerland is a hidden gem and has some really great dining spots within walking distance .

Great property for my family of four. The house was spotless and nicely appointed. And we really enjoyed the sitting area outside as well as the proximity to the main area of Summerland. The host was extremely communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

Host was so great with communication and helpful with places to eat, visit etc. This little apartment was great for what we needed. Loved that it had a real crib for our little one. It was a little cold to use the outdoor space, but it was so nice to have that as an option to use. Thoughtful touches were included with snacks and drinks. Location was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. Natty was incredibly kind, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the cozy outdoor space and how clean everything was! It was perfect for our family and traveling with little kids! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family had the most incredible time at this property! We travel a lot as a family, and this will be one of our top memories for sure. The backdrop of Summerland is incomparable, as is returning to such a peaceful oasis. The Butterfly Beach, countless hikes, and lazy strolls through this adorable town are idyllic. Everything from the thoughtful snacks to the immaculate way the place is kept, made us feel like we were in paradise. Natty was super easy to communicate with, and everything was extremely straightforward during our stay. This is definitely the standard of a five star property!
The dolphins literally welcomed us at the pocket beach located immediately across the freeway on our first night!
A little zen time for the youngest as we grilled on the community grill one evening.

This was our second time staying at this property and we hope to go back! It is such a beautiful, peaceful place. The property manager, Natty, couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us frequently. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor space was so pretty a quiet. Thank you, Natty!

We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect. The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds. The location, right behind The Sacred Place and around the corner from Field and Fort was wonderful – just far enough from the freeway so it was barely a hum in the background.Natty was more than helpful and accommodating with a number of my requests. Plus her online local guide was very useful.I intend to be back well before our 50th!

Gorgeous and Relaxing Rental

Stayed here for five nights with my family including two older kids and a toddler and it was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all very respectful. The rental was great for our toddler, we could close the gate to the patio and he could move between the indoors and outdoors all he liked.We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful private patio and in the incredible shared garden areas. It's like being in a tropical paradise.The location is fantastic and why we initially chose this rental. It's across the street from a park, next door to a gorgeous shop and gardens, a couple doors down from a great brunch spot, and a short walk up the road to downtown Summerland. Meanwhile Santa Barbara and Carpinteria are both less than a 10-minute drive away. You get all the benefits of easy access to activities in those places while staying in a quaint little ocean side town.
