In the evenings get cozy next to the firepit or catch up on your favorite Netflix show (tvs in every room).

Convent to UAB hospital in nice neighborhood and great for our 2 dogs that have to travel with us good fenced in area for pups to get outside with us. We would stay again if the need arises for another hospital visit. Thanks

We enjoyed a nice weekend with our dog at this cozy home. Its closeness to UAB was so nice. It was so much better than being cooped up in a hotel room. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and we enjoyed that too. We will surely book here again next year during baseball season. Kathleen was very nice to work with and was prompt to provide answers for a couple of questions we had.

All was just as described and worked great for our family of 4. Nice location and nice yard for the kids. Could use a little more in the kitchen but minor detail and didn’t impact us too much.

Overall the property was very welcoming and well furnished. We specifically chose this property because of the fenced yard, however there is no access to the fenced yard from inside the house. This made the fenced yard rather useless to us as we still had to put on shoes and leash our dogs and go out in the pouring rain to allow them to go potty.Between the inconvenience of that and the fact the pet fees and other fees doubled the actual cost to nearly 300/night, it just wasn't worth the value. For that price I would rather find somewhere with a hot tub or other amenities.

The house was just perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is very nice. It's pretty convenient to just about any place we wanted to go in Birmingham. Kathleen was a joy to communicate with, and very attentive! If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely try to get this house again.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good video game. I’m all about the little details and genuinely enjoy helping people have the best stay possible.

Travel plays a big part in my life, too — from honeymooning in Iceland, to exploring Mexico, to visiting family in Orlando and Gulf Shores. I know what it feels like to have an amazing stay, and that’s exactly the experience I aim to deliver to every guest.
