Will’s place was truly a home away from home. The house was clean and had everything we needed while visiting family in the area. Our favorite part was the porch. We loved enjoying our coffee while looking at the bay. It was so peaceful. The check in process was straightforward and Will was quick to respond when we had a question. This was one of the best house rental experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage in North Beach. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were gorgeous, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful waterfront setting. Even met some very nice neighbors! The location was perfect, and the hosts were kind and responsive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and charming retreat!

Beautiful view of the Chesapeake Bay from deck, and large sun room! Very clean, spacious cottage, with privacy, andseveral excellent restaurants close up cottage Antique store nearby and two large marinas.

What a gem this property is! I was looking for a short solo getaway and this was perfect. The place is well-appointed with everything I needed. The view from the deck is stunning--I really hate to leave it! Great morning walks, tons of herons and ospreys. The host was exceptionally attentive and kind. I will return.

Bay Views

Very nice view of the Chesapeake Bay! The bed was very comfortable. We were concerned since the listing said it was a “double” bed but it seemed bigger than a double.

I stayed in North Beach in order to visit friends in the area. I felt very safe and comfortable in this rental. There was excellent communication between myself and the owner. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well . Everything I needed was there and more. I will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here to anyone that may be considering. The communication with the host was simple & easy while the home was clean & easy to access. Relaxing was easy to do with amazing Chesapeake Bay views from the deck & yard as we played corn hole bags, grilled out or enjoyed smores.The cottage on the water was perfect for our family of 5 & the short 45 min drive into DC made exploring all the things in our nations capital easy! The location is great, offering privacy and access to local restaurants & marinas.We look forward to booking again on future visits.

We stayed with our 15 year old granddaughter for a long weekend. We were very comfortable. The house is small but worked for us. It had everything needed, clean and accommodating. The view of the bay every morning having coffee and every evening relaxing after a long day visiting family. Sitting on the deck listening to the waves hit the shore was very tranquil. The neighborhood is right on the bay and so quite. Close to restaurants and North Beach for things to do.
