Whether you're here for work, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway, you'll love the home's central location and easy access to everything Durham has to offer.



Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern aesthetic. Enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker.

Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again

Cozy , comfortable and clean ! Perfect for our stay and medical treatments nearby . When unexpected hospitalization occurred , our host was kind and accommodating . Great communication and prompt attention to necessary services during an ice / snow storm !!!
